Brown has to do a better job managing the player rotations. At one point he had Covington, Simmons and Embid on the bench - literally not one playmaker on the floor.
Also, Reddick needs to be more consistent. Take some midrange jumpers if the 3 isn’t falling like Ray Allen used to do.
Saric needs to be more assertive and make his presence felt when he’s the main guy on the floor.

have you ever seen lonzo shoot when it was in the flow of the offense? if he has the ball in a scoring position, its almost like it was a mistake with the lakers offense. he isn’t aggressive, doesn’t look for his own shot, and doesn’t have plays run designed to get him to score. it’ll be difficult to be consistent if no one, including himself, wants him to score.

That’s part of his problem. He has no rhythm with anything. He could either go full scorer or full playmaker, but since he doesn’t seem to have a defined role, it’s made him indecisive and has made him less aggressive as a result.
It’s clear he’d rather be a playmaker at this point and let Ingram/Kuz/Lopez score. I’m sure the outside noise about his point production and expectations is playing a big part as well. He needs to just play his game.
