American Football 2019 Thread:

Majority of the fanbase doesn’t give a shit unless he can play. But there is a loud minority that speaks to the old money dudes at the top that despite their wealth are straight cowards when it comes to losing their ‘fans’ or sponsorships.

Granted today seems like a lost cause potentially due to both sides unless one of them is straight lying. But in general, I honestly both of them knew the score going in and were prepared to fuck the other over to gain media buzz. If what I am hearing is right Kaep barely looks better while the NFL is trying to play damage control.

I’m sure ESPN is handcuffed when it comes to their “journalists” being vocal and critcial about the NFL.

Jamele Hill was one of the critics of the NFL’s handling of the Kaepernick situation and she’s no longer working for ESPN.

Then again Stephen a. Smith has always been about “defending the shield” during Deflategate so him siding with the NFL isn’t a surprise to me.

Heard the Seahawks are interested.

Russell Wilson & Colin Kaepernick on the Seahawks???

Washington State is one of the most liberal places in the country. It wouldn’t surprise me to be honest.

Fucking refs ignoring video evidence to keep field calls.

Holy shit, can’t believe the Vikings pulled that comeback from a 20 to 0 first half. Hell of a game!

The thing I don’t get is why people think this matters… None of the top 10 “red” states even have a NFL team. This isn’t about a city/state thing either way. He can be a Cowboy or Seahawk and be on either side of the spectrum and if the elected leader of 33% of America decides to make it his new distraction from his shitty situation it will be just that for whatever team it is.

It matters because it means that fanbase of the team is unlikely to care. At the end of the day, the NFL is business. You don’t want to piss off your fanbase. Or you’ll up like my team and the Chargers, your home games will be away games.

I’m curious with whatever happened to the Falcons. You don’t play like complete ass then destroy your two biggest rivals back to back.

Baltimore killing it again.

Now I just need the Eagles to crush The Pats like they bitches they are. Brady tears are sweat.

Idk why you thought the Eagles without their best (and as we saw tonight ONLY) WR and best RB would have a chance against the Pats but…I guess keep living that dream.

Because the Pats need more beatdowns

Because he’s an irrational Ravens fan who is butthurt that his team has never once beaten the Pats when it counts.

I do hope the Pats and Ravens is the AFC Championship game this year. Man oh man that would be some fun shit to watch with those high stakes. Lamar Jackson is unreal and so much fun to watch.
