During the tournament I would have google translate open in a tab, cut and paste the “this guy vs. that guy” comments from the nico staff into it, then ctrl-f search those names in a notepad file listing all the competing teams. That usually helped me find out which team was playing even when I didn’t know all the players.
If you timeshifted the nico broadcast you could still do it that way. It was a somewhat difficult tournament to watch for those of us that don’t speak Japanese.
Any good way to record the timeshift? I tried a couple of freeware tools but I couldn’t record the audio. I even installed Kokoroku (sp?) which is supposed to download the timeshift flv but it didn’t work

Well he’s past his prime… always being known for a crazy/unhortodox playstyle (he is to Ken what Vanao is to Ryu or Thanatos is to Oro), he loses games in stupid ways but technically is quite good
Fun fact:
Kashi works at nishi nippori versus. He probably plays more 3s than the average Japanese player plays (unrecorded)
IMO hes the best Ken I’ve ever played.

you can tachi gigas them when they land but it’s super hard
so you whiff a cr lp / cr lk,buffer the first 360,second 360 and gigas them

he buffered the first 360 using his own throw whiff and then gigas punished the shoryu
