- javi/ranma/sugar land/others: great tournament! It had the space that ECC doesn’t have (fools are going to die from lack of oxygen at ECCX) and the cabinets that Evo doesn’t have. If you only get to go to one tournament a year, pick Texas Showdown. :tup:
- Ranma: Nice MegaMan! I learned some shit there. The charged MegaBuster through HSF to save Tron’s ass == classic.
- Jummpeeee: Thanks for the tour of iHops in Houston (wtf?). Mad Rogue power - I’m stunned - it’s like you forgot that you were supposed to lose. Great shit. And you’re too powerful with Shoto.

If the impression of bas was that of someone who stood against the US scene, that post would have gotten a different reaction. Obviously he doesn’t give that impression.
Whether any impression is fair or accurate i cannot say. But this is controlled (mostly) by the player(s) themselves, some players want a different persona than others, and some don’t know how to manage the one they currently have, and some get fustrated either way and decide that they aren’t going to pretend they don’t care what people think. Each party has it’s own pros and cons I guess.
