Both qualifiers from the pools will have their records reset. We’re going with 16 pools. Immediately after the pools end, we’ll setup the 32 man bracket. Top 8 placers(4 in winners, 4 in losers) will continue on Sunday.
This will be the format for MvC2, CvS2, 3S, and GGXX #r. All other games will be a regular double elim tournament.

Will there be tags to wear around our neck like there was last year? I thought they were pretty cool and I got them all hanging in my room.
Will T-Shirts be made and sold?
Also will there be a DVD made for TS5 or is it too early to tell?

I have a venue, along with a huge event happening close to thanksgiving.
My bad if this has already been brought up, but what do you guys think about the idea of making avatars to promote TS5? I’ve seen guys with avs for other big tournaments, and it seems to help get the word outpretty effectively. I know there’s certainly some talented people who can make some good avs, so it’s definitely something that we could do. What do you guys think?

It’d also be tight if we could personalize them some. For instance, we have our individual names on them, and also a char on there that symbolizes our play: Cable for me, Storm for you, Dan for Jumpee… etc.
