Maaaaaan, the stream was epic. Wish I could have got off work to go. Jas, you were on point with commentary man. Rukus, saw you stick it to them with vega, but did not get to see you Gamma Smack a H@# in MVC3. Going have to back track the vids to see. All memphis buds seem to be in high spirits and lay down the smack with the trading of knuckles. Dang, I wish I was there.

It was fun at the tourney tho despite some minor set backs and me getting royally screwed in one of my matches which cause me to get top ten instead of making it to top 3 but it’s all good tho,I addressed that pussy in his face and on the stream and go figured he turned down my money match request cause he knew i was gonna fuck him up! Man i’m still pissed about that shit! More details later on.

Ppl were going crazy on that stream cause of my crazy ass. We went from 500 viewers to 1,500 viewers once i got on and that’s real talk lol

Thanks for the compliment. I’m not saying you a bad player or anything cause you pretty good but that match was bullshit and you know it. I dropped 4 combos that would have ended things because of it but it’s all good. Good shit on getting top eight. Save some money to the side so next time i come we can do this. ft5 or ft10 for any amount 100 or above.
Man, if you drop combos, you drop them. I’ve lost tons of games because of dropped combos. I’m pretty certain I can’t do a $100 money match, I’m a poor college student. If you wouldn’t mind doing a ft5 for less, I’ll do that. Looking forward to playing you again, you’re a good player.
Well it’s easy to drop combos when ppl are bumping into you during your matches but w/e i’m not gonna go there. That’s fine we can do for whatever amount. I do like that shit you did to that one dude u was playing on the stream with chun li tho, I think dude got mad salty when i said stop getting hit with that overhead cross up you dumb fuck,lol

He can if people bumped into him a lot, and that’s the only reason why he dropped them. Otherwise, you’re right.
I hate it when people bump me, stand too close, etc. during my tournament matches. It’s extremely frustrating.

That’s why bigger tournaments are supposed to have areas where people can’t stand that close or walk (movie barriers); we’ve always done stuff like that at our bigger ones but I got stepped on in the middle of a tourney match top 17 at EVO for ST a few years ago, what am I supposed to say? Any excuses are just that, excuses. For whatever reason as long as I’ve known players like Justin, Valle, Choi, Ricky, etc, they just play and don’t say anything about stuff like that and they had to deal with a plethora of issues like arcade sticks on who knows what cabinets, size of cabinets, angles, lights viewing, etc…
Besides, if you want to get technical we can go with the “I’ve never lost a game in my life”, “I let you win” stuff all day. I am sure dropping combos and getting stepped on is valid to the person saying it, but it’s shitty to the other person “oh, the only reason you won is because I dropped my shit”…
I mean, Zach lost to Josh in SSF4 because his Super didn’t hit him. I didn’t hear Zach say anything at all, there’s no reason to, shit happens, we’re all human.
Basic tournament etiquette on larger scale tournaments, create a barrier so people can’t step in the area like we did at MWC all those years and somewhat at SBO so people are not bothered. I mean, if people KEEP going to tournaments and the TOs don’t do things like this it’s not all their fault also, but there is a LOT of inexperience with people running these tournaments and not looking at little things like this.
I mean, if you guys have issues with that stuff, tell the TO, say something, don’t take away from people beating you in a match…shit happens, it’s a tournament. 2/3 is nuts, the better players does not always win, the person that adjusts in 2/3 wins the match. Why do you guys think some players don’t play casuals with their best players or sandbag? LOL…shit has been going on for years
Ok,Dream stfu. I swear every time something is being discussed you always open your mouth and say something stupid. Is this the reason why everyone thinks your a douche? I’m not taking nothing away from the guy because he is a pretty good player but of course i can’t help but be pissed when i lose a match because ppl have the need to bump into me on more than one occasion during the match which so conveniently happened to be the same guy and not only did i drop my combos but looked over and got hit with shit i coulda easily avoided. It’s not an excuse it’s a fact and i wanted to prove that and it’s why i wanted a money match but as you can see i was turned down. Also the same guy i lost to was the same guy i happened to peace out in winners and yes it’s on the stream. Granted the match could have gone either way but when you have interference like that and lose you can’t help but be pissed off about it. Even Toan himself said it was bullshit and he was standing behind watching it. And even with all that i still came back and almost took his whole team out with akuma. Either way he’s still good and he’s a cool dude and i don’t personally have a problem with him and i’m sure he knows that but it don’t change the fact that it still pissed me off when it happened. Everyone told me i should have said something to the TO about it but i decided to leave it be and move on pass it and just enjoy the rest of the tourney.
mhmmmm…Sounds like Dream has an issue with these new tourneys going on. Sounds like a hater to me. What else is new? 
Anyway, good stuff to the Memphis peeps last night. I was rooting you on the whole way. Good stuff on commentating Jas and for the shoutouts. I think you may have a future in commentating homie!
I wasn’t able to watch the Marvel finals seeing it was 2 am but the games I did see were tight and hope to be able to go to ARK 4 next year.
No room to talk until you have people stepping on you as you play, the guy you are playing against farting his ass off, and Eugene whispering sweet nothings in your ear. Happens to the best of us.

Lol, that’s why we love to hate going to tourneys but go anyways. I would not have it any other way lol!! That’s why i left it alone and didn’t really make a big deal about it. I made a challenge,was turned down so i was like w/e and move on pass it. Tourney was still fun tho and the ARK crew were all cool as hell. Also shout outs to squabb ocv’ing the tx crew. I told u son! over the top! flip that cap backwards and the switch comes on! Oh yea!

Nah dude don’t worry about it. That’s why i left it alone cause i didn’t want to sound like i was being a bitch about it and making excuses. Yea it pissed me off but it’s over and done with. Gg’s dude and yea i look forward to the mm as well.
I do have to chime in and say this much: Jas should have called match interference when that guy kept bumping into him during the match. It was bullshit, plain and simple. The jerk couldn’t wait for the match to end and ended up kneeing Jas right in the back, which bumped him forward and actually moved his hand off of the buttons during a combo. This happened twice from the same guy, and three times total during the match. Later during teams one of the judges tried to put us at the same station, and I politely refused for that exact reason, requesting another station instead.
That said, aside from the bracketing SNAFU (blasted new Tournamento) that put me up against Majin in the second round (which is really also my fault because I didn’t say anything), I had a hell of a lot of fun and made a good bit of cash off of modding. I’ll definitely be back next year!
