Um beating it outright is tough cause its only like 4 or 5 frames with really great range. I have had it loose to some standing jabs that are three frames and Rogs c. Jab. Other than rogs c. Jab though nothing has beaten it consistently.
It can also be stuffed by real high priority pokes but again the timing is really strict. And it will lose to DPs. Like if I do too many in a row O will try to DP them but that is rare and really risky.
Edit: As woot said trading on them is never in Able’s favor. As annoying as it is it only does like 30 or 40 dmg. In general its used more as an annoying poke to set up better ranges for Able.
