Wow. Perfect time to cancel Hastings when we have the MOST people confirmed to be there for sure this time lol, according to everyone at Sean’s house this weekend. I wasn’t there. Old school Tek/Marvel/SF/GG/other games players who been recently resurfacing and didn’t know about Hastings. Though if it can’t be helped then whatev, cuz I know no one else will bring set-ups. I imagine quite a few dudes gonna show up though cuz we don’t have everyone’s contact numbers to inform of the change.
I’m even in new Twilight now because I wanted to make sure I didn’t get tied down with it tomorrow evening. My God it’s hell in here…

Sorry again Mike, it looks like it can’t be helped. As it is, we have only one confirmed setup and that’s not going to be enough for more than a few people. Numbers of setups tend to be important at these things and it was not looking good. Hopefully we can get more confirmed for next session. My apologies.

Hiryu- The T Hawk vs. Cammy I’m almost definite it’s in favor of Cammy. Didn’t realize you’ve been playing Rufus, and it’s one of my funnest match ups usually. The Abel matchup I just have to remember I HAVE TO STAY IN! I have to or I die. Really ggs.
Woot- Man, ya didn’t stay that long! 
Nah, I’m just kidding. Yeah, I was trying out some CQC and it obviously didn’t work. We need to play more often though.
Mekkanic- Awesome games! Your Guy is coming along nicely. I’ve realized something though against that matchup. I just have to be more patient against him! I can CSpike nearly everything Guy does offensively and I have to be ready to do so, but against you I can’t do it on wake up. Usually I try to FADC my DPs now, but you backdash throwing my game off. I’m glad you faced me some with your Chun too. Really GGs tonight.
Phil- We only played one match, and I did horrible. I’m sorry for that sorry excuse of a match. I’ll do better next time GG though.

So apparently the majority of Memphis’ SF players don’t have TVs…smh. Im just reading this and am shocked that nobody else wants to take any intiative besides Hiryu and Chit. I have a TV and PS3 that I would’ve brought but I guess it’s too late. meh…
It would figure this would be how it would play out. I had a feeling this week would have been a high turnout week. Oh well hopefully after Evo things will settle down and we can keep turnout at Hastings high.

Some dudes, like Bishop, or Marcus/Rell/FedEx guys don’t really wanna bring set-ups because they go to work immediately afterwards and that shit’d be sitting in their cars all night.
All I can ever contribute is a tv or few games I still have. PS3 died, don’t have it anymore. But it’s all good. The likelyhood of people bringing more than just a stick, if that, isn’t very high. Sev and O have always been the set-up guys, lugging even 2 or 3 tvs each, car full of shit most times. Guess we’ve all gotten comfortable in expecting that. But like I said, too late to reach heads to make other preparations. Look how long it’s taken to get some people to express interest in coming out lol. It can’t be helped. No sweat.

Guile doesn’t do that well vs Dhalsim. His zoning vs Dhalsim is sonic boom and EX SB. He has a hard time getting in and historically it has ALWAYS been like this for this match.
