Is this starting this Friday? I am thinking about giving up my Friday shift and coming up to the arcade for a big part of the day, and then maybe Eddies if that is happening. That’s right, fuck making money. I need to SPEND money on vidjagaymz.
Also, I am unbelievably stoked for Final Round and KiT. I am really digging deep into the technical aspects of the game and really trying to fine tune the small things. Right now I am still a little sloppy but I dunno, I hit the zone in some situations and some I play really sloppy. In any case, I’m still random as fuck and I’m still not sure if this is a good thing or not. I sort of feel like with Akuma it is best to be calm, calculated, with explosive offense off of vortex and option-selects.
Right now I really want to get un-rusty with Vega just to have him but mostly just sit for marathon, billion game sessions with all of the characters I can with Akuma. I’m pretty much dropping Viper until after FR because I’m really stagnating with her and I feel like I just need to focus on Akuma.
Match-ups I feel I really need work on, sort of in order:
Cammy - Worst match-up for Akuma, and I have almost no experience.
Rufus
Balrog - I feel like this is a hard match for Akuma but I definitely have some options I
just need to put in the time
Ibuki - Lost to a very average Ibuki at Season’s Beatings.
Honda
Fuerte - Supposedly in my favor but a decent Fuerte ruins my day.
Chun - I should be able to do really well but I barely know this MU
Rose - Another hard MU, not too bad but Rose players are usually of a higher caliber on average than say, the average Ken.
Guy
Dee Jay - I hate him.
Ryu - I could definitely use some fine tuning on my Ryu match-up, against smart Ryu players who know Akuma well. It is definitely not good for Akuma against the right Ryu. Just watch Air or Daigo play any Akuma. It isn’t pretty.
This is like, characters I would be scared to run into, playing someone I’ve never met at a big tournament. Anyone who plays these characters, I would appreciate as much playtime and advice as you can give me when we play.
Mike: Alright, I’ll bring it, but I won’t break it out unless anyone wants to play. lol Though, I won’t object to someone bringing another ps2 fighter they wanna play. Slim pickins for me. XD

We’ll see what happens. As long as I get the CE that I ordered it’s all good. I checked an overview of my order and it says it will be here on release and come as the CE. When I went back to Amazon’s website you can no longer even order the CE so I must have just made the cut.
