I want my stick art to have a fryer clean out rod on it
LMFAO!! And that’s it. Straight to the fucking point. No-nonsense, artistic ingenuity at it’s finest.
As a child, I remember playing Donkey Kong Country and pressing random buttons when Diddy Kong celebrated beating one of those hidden “mini-games” found throughout the levels. It resulted in him throwing his hat so high, it never came down and he scratched his head in confusion. After looking high and low on the internet, there is no evidence of this ever being found and no videos of it.
I’m not crazy either, because my sister remembers seeing it too. And that’s my random post of the night.
Red balltop with Red and Yellow buttons. Mickey D’s style
Oh shit I got exposed. Fuck Sentinel. Good shit Dax. They were fun sets.
After watching it, I really need to stop dropping combos and making stupid decisions.
Making this post while I wait for my (FREE) Batman DLC to finish:
Dude you know I am down. Looking like GMX tournies are gonna be run on Saturday, so I can come down Friday evening for disshit. We’ll be in touch regarding the DEETS.
Lmao. But YO…STOP TRYING TO RESIST Uncle Bruce Weezy and dat Putty Tat. Catwomang needs you Mike.
TEs are the snowbunnies of arcade sticks.
Re: DLC Discussion:
I hate paid DLC just as much as all of you have stated. It’s the reason that I haven’t to this day finished the new Prince of Persia. They gave me a half assed ending for playing this game marketed as this big epic adventure, then tried to charge us for the fucking EPILOGUE. They charge you for an additional 3 hrs of the game where they give you the ending they should have given you in the first place. LAME. People have already said it - just give me a full game at the outset. Stop with the microtransactions for essential pieces of the game experience. It insults my intelligence. I know exactly what you are doing. Stop it.
But what I did wanna do was comment on the new Batman games. Rare footage of me actually agreeing with Joker (JERSEY CITY SON WHAT’S REALLY HOOD?). I really do feel like this game was just brilliantly crafted. Yes Bat-Vision was broken, but I really didn’t mind the combat. It was so fluid and like every other aspect of the game, really captured the essence of being Batman. This ain’t a Jet Li movie. Niggas ain’t gonna take they turn getting broke off by The Dark Knight. They are gonna squad up on dude. So naturally, he should be able to seamless flow from cracking a dude’s leg, to countering another dude’s incoming attack and going HAM on his ass. It had it’s flaws, but I really did get kind of a pure, old school feel to it. It was just FUN, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Boss battles were ass though I’ll give you that. But yo, my short term memory is failing - what DLC for AC are they charging for that’s causing all this uproar?
One last thing - Squab - I noticed you were saying that you weren’t into a lot of shit nowadays. Can’t blame you there. But are Rayman Origins or Anarchy Reigns on your radar at all? What about Asura’s Wrath? All those games seem to have an old school feel to them and look cool. All save for Rayman are new IPs as well.
GGs to the guys at game galaxy tonight. You guys are all hella good now! Also, 25 cents for AE is friggin insane. We’re still paying a dollar a game at the Seattle gameworks
Bionic Commando and Blaster Master are easy. Not sure about the others.
Hardest games I know of back in the day were Adventures of Batman and Robin for Genesis, Ghosts N Goblins, Battletoads, Deadly Towers, Dr. Chaos, and 70% of classic games pre 1985, lol…heck even Golgo 13 was pretty challenging back then…and so was R-Type…
lol right
GGs to Mike, Patrick, and random Mexicans. Fei Long yay, everyone else tonight, boo boo.
At least the “gems” will let you guys realize that SF X Tekken is NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY as 90% of the state was trolled by MVC3.
LOL so owned
This is DELICIOUS!

P.S. You know a Korean stick is tighter, circle gate right? No corners. You use Balrog. Just saying…[/quote]
Yes, thats why I said the stick would be used exclusively for Tekken!!! No way I could use the stick for Street Fighter. The only player I know who uses a Korean stick in Street Fighter is Alex Valle. From what I understand, Korean stick is the stick of chose if you decide to play Tekken on a stick because its tighter and goes back to nuetral easier than other sticks. My hands are huge so its a little difficult to play on pad.
This man is a bad enough dude to rescue the president.
I’m not so sure. It’s possible that gems could be comparable to CvS2 grooves, the autoblock gems and stuff are scrubby, but I’m more worried about the gems being unbalanced rather than the concept of the gems themselves (also I don’t like DLC).
Define “seriously.”
Less gimmicky? I don’t think SFxT should be ruled out yet… So long as the gems aren’t going to get retarded in a Smash Bro’s NOITEMSFOXONLYFINALDESTINATION kind of way.
Unrelated note:

Why am I fucking retarded? I noticed the similarities with these characters but did so separately… not once did I go “Oh yeah, Yun and Yang look like Gundam Wing characters” I went “Hey yun looks like Duo!” then later on “Hey yang looks like Trowa!” …Never even thought “derp, both are the same animez”
LOL I wouldn’t be in too much of an uproar about that whack gem system. If enough people start to complain about it and Capcom starts to believe they wont be able to get in dem pockets like they want, trust me it will change. The community seems to have a lot of say in how he development of these games play out and Capcom listens to everything they say so I just say ride it out. Game doesnt drop for another 5 months and it will show up at events for people to play and test things out. I just think Capcom can pull this off. I was one of the main ones crying foul when they announced this crossover but once they began development, they gave me hope. Maybe I’m just a sucker though…
well ur not alone i remember this happening back in the day
AWESOME!! Congratulations!
Honestly, we have a jillion fighting games to play right now. Why not a card based fighting game? I’m down. I’m not saying that i’m going to like… main this game or whatever. But, why do we need multiple similar fighting games?
