People who like SF3 may enjoy Garou: MOTW over all other KOFs/ SNK fighters. Garou has a cool and slick style. Good competitive fighter. It’s that crack but I never played long enough to become addicted. My fave KOFs are KOFXI(sick game) and prob KOF MIRA(fun), but KOF98UM is generally regarded as the “best”. Sucks they released the “beta test” officially known as KOFXII to the public. Played it for a sec too. It needs the SSFIV treatment.
Too bad peoples of the Middle TN region would prefer to play shit like Avatar: The Movie Game over Tekken 6. :sad:

As for KOF: I agree that 98UM is the “best” one and then Garou. Good luck playing these on Live though because from what I heard the online for both of them was worse than what they released with KOF XII. Those are games you need to play in person and good luck finding anyone who plays even remotely seriously.

Flymike, I would have liked to keep playing KOF but no one really had any interest in it. Severin is right, if you don’t play people IRL then that game kinda sucks. Besides, everyone including me, didn’t really like XII.

Pretty much, yeah. Right one’s a lot better, but the left one still bugs me a lot. Been wearing a brace for the past two months, and haven’t played a FG since Thanksgiving. I’m gonna try small weights this week, and maybe some SF4 on the weekend.

Yeah, MB looks pretty crazy at a glance… and well, it certainly is, but once you start getting the feel for it it’s a ton of fun imo.
