I got hit by a drunk driver with my girlfriend, completely totalled my Paseo (yes, the same Paseo I am still driving) about 7 years ago…completely smashed in the front up to the engine block, frame had to readjusted twice on it, took 3 months to get the car back from the body shop and miraculously even the paramedics and fire department and police department could not believe we walked away with hardly anything except some emergency oral surgery I had to get the next day from a tooth jarred in the crash, but the point is, drinking and driving = WTF…

I know so much about Tekkunz, it gives me nightmares. I wake up screaming NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO(Spanish accent) like Miguel!!! Thank God it’s just a dream, I say. Frame traps, throw breaks, movement, set ups, throw breaks, excecution, most punishing combos, throw breaks, side steps, frame data, safe pokes, natural combos, stupid gimmicks, blocking a low or parrying a low, throw breaks, blocking or neutral, just making sure I block correctly, ducking throws, getting hopped kick when I duck a throw, throw breaks again, gay 10 strings, whiffing something, punishing something that the opponent whiffs, Oki, Oki setups, Oki wakeup, Oki fucking omelete, shennanigans, Roger Jr., throw break…NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO(Miguel spanish accent) and I wake up again!! All this and I still don’t understand Tekken.

Learn to break throws, don’t duck unless you have to, and don’t backroll unless you know it’s safe. There, you’ve now eliminated the majority of your problems. Now take 30 to 60 SOLID minutes and practice learning to backdash cancel correctly and you eliminate the majority of the rest of those problems.
And thanks for the concern about the g/f. She just gets to sit at home for a few weeks now being sore and pissy haha. No work for her, but gets to reposition her surgery-fied arm 239487234 times a day and sleep for 15 hours on hydrocodone. Sweet.

Excuse me, I know we all go to ranbats when possible and if this is directed at me I didn’t go to KiT because I’m a broke fuck but that’s about the only one besides that Memphis tournament I can think of. Can you please tell me what would make you say that we never go to gatherings because I’m a little confused.

If you are in the Cordova/Bartlett/Wolfchase area in Memphis I’m hosting an open freeplay session for SF4, Wednesday night, at Powerplay Videogames, from 7:00-9:00 PM.
We’ll be on 360, and bringing your own controller or stick is recommended. However, I will provide a Fightpad and classic controller for public use. If you play on PS3, and you are willing to bring your setup, please do. I’ll have to ask permission to get a second setup going, but the venue had no problem with it last time.
The venue is located at 841 N. Germantown Pkwy in Cordova, beside the Outdoors, Inc.
Good sportsmanship is expected, and please keep the salt to a minimum, as we are going to be in a public area. Format will be announced on-site, and will depend on the number of players who attend.
