If you are in the Cordova/Bartlett/Wolfchase area in Memphis I’m hosting an open freeplay session for SF4, Wednesday night, at Powerplay Videogames, from 7:00-9:00 PM.
We’ll be on 360, and bringing your own controller or stick is recommended. However, I will provide a Fightpad and classic controller for public use. If you play on PS3, and you are willing to bring your setup, please do. I’ll have to ask permission to get a second setup going, but the venue had no problem with it last time.
The venue is located at 841 N. Germantown Pkwy in Cordova, beside the Outdoors, Inc.
Good sportsmanship is expected, and please keep the salt to a minimum, as we are going to be in a public area. Format will be announced on-site, and will depend on the number of players who attend.

That first trailer at that page you linked looked so dope it made me wanna go watch the anime then play that game. Game looks cool, but I hate when they get people who suck at a game to demo it. The person did the same combo throughout that entire second gameplay vid. Looks like it has potential though. I’ll definitely give it a shot if it comes out here.

Also, and someone (maybe Shawn) may have already suggested this, but I think the week before KiT we should all skip online and focus on local play. That way our timing and all that stuff will be on point. Just a suggestion…

I’ve heard it’s really good. I actually haven’t watched it myself. I watched the first episode on youtube a while back but that’s it.

I doubt it will be hard to get a room at any of the hotels I posted. As far as I know there aren’t any conventions or anything going on that weekend.
