Maybe try unplugging your desktop/turning off the wifi on your laptop when you are on Live?
Also, a word of advice, don’t ever end BnB combos with Ex shoryu, it is a waste of meter because fierce and EX do the same damage.

I play a lot of the guys from nashville, and I know its an ONLINE connection, but crap nobody else complains,whines,quits on here bc of it… I was showing a full 5-bar connection (I know, don’t tell me, that means nothing), but the connection was far from “borderline playable”…

Didn’t mean to offend. I wasn’t saying you only won when you did because of lag. Might have been on my end. If me eating an EX shoryuken as soon as I drop a combo isn’t you mashing out, then I don’t know what is. Nothing wrong with it, if it works. I do it too, it was just frustrating for me because I felt I was dropping much more than normal.
Also, it is just a player match. It doesn’t really matter that much. I was just sick of dealing with the immense lag. It wasn’t like it was just regular online stuff, it was MASSIVELY lag spiking every few seconds. I never talked to you like you were 12, unless you took it that way yourself. I have no idea what your set-up at your home is, just suggesting something to try in case, because it can make a difference. I will reset my router and see if it was on my end.

A lot of people are are affected by lag in many different ways, but to me the biggest issue is not being able to play based on reaction or do footsies as well.
The game is playable, but it does have issues but it’s the only thing most people have…it definitely shows its ugly head when you play someone in person and you aren’t used to it. Even Massive Cosby himself admitted he needs lag and HDTV built in because he is missing certain combos and setups…
With that said, KrazeeJL was a Tekken player for many years, and Arson’s 1st fighting game is this one…BOTH 1st played Street Fighter with STreet Fighter IV (meaning competitively) from what I understand…
