Keep it mind, he ONLY plays it at Game Galaxy. That’s it. You see him play there, those are the only times he plays it. No online, no system, no nothing…

Tekken was a crapshoot today because I think 10-12 people on SF trumps the amount of possible Tekken players unless they just wanted to play on the arcade cabinet. I guess I need my 3rd setup back meaning I need to get my 360 back from Richard so we don’t have this problem again.
Shawn: I don’t have a Game Galaxy XBL account anymore, so someone has to bring a Free XBL card to play online even with a CAT5 cable…
Yeah, 10-12 SF players definitely trump the Tekken players. But there were at least 3 people (plus me) who showed up hoping for some Tekkenz. And then of course there’s Mike who randomly walked in and would have played. Should get that 3rd setup back. It’s not your fault at all, but back before KiT no one was playing Tekken, and now there are a handful at least trying and randomly come in to play… and then SF4 is taking up everything lol. That’s how it goes, though…
I actually went out to Murfreesboro tonight (just got back at 3:45 AM) to play with Dimo, Max, and Patrick. Patrick just needs to learn the game overall… Needs a system and the game. And it’s hard to pick a clear winner between Max and Dimo. They’re both learning, but Dimo listens to what I say pretty damn well. He seems incredibly interested in learning and got better in just about an hour of playing w/me. I could tell by the end of the session he’d moved up a notch. That’s what happens when you play on your own and learn the game outside of just playing others. Max has also gotten a lot better–he actually does his combos on pretty much every launch now (that’s saying a lot for the general level of comp around here). He also mixes up lows into his game too.

I wasn’t there, I told Richard to put on some Tekken with enough people, but I guess that did not happen. I’ll just get the 360 back from him and have 3 setups again because that was crazy having that many people in there…
Only problem is on 3 setups Tekken moves to 360 and I know I don’t like keeping those PS to 360 converters there, which can be quite touchy…

I finished Bayonetta last night(On Normal mode) and man it is a great fucking game. Its been a while since I had that much fun with a non FG! Great plot, storyline, everything!!! I would reccommend that game to anyone!
Alright, guys, my schedule for this semester is finally nailed down and it looks like I’ll be able to make it up to GG Antioch Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 to 3:30. I’ll be able to make it up on Saturdays as well, but the time is subject to my work schedule. I might not be up there this Tuesday, but Thursday definitely.

no worries about tekken yesterday at GG, im still pumped about that ranbat on feb 6th. And thanks cody for coming to the boro to teach us more tekken. i def. feel like im getting better and learned alot. maybe later in the week we can play more, since GG closes in about an hour by the time id get there today.
