Holy crap, Juri is BEAST! I was going through her challenges last night, which are mostly really easy, and they were just spoon feeding me how to combo into her ultra. J MP, Dive kick (1st hit only and not the EX one), then U2! You can mix it up by doing J Mk instead and crossing them up too, and I have hardly gotten into her yet. Her U1 is beast too.
O, and Cammy’s CQC Ultra can actually catch some other ultras, the only problem is that those ultras can’t be armor breaking, for example, Cammy’s U1 gets countered by Cammy’s U2 (CQC). so gay.
Gdbell. Nice to hear you are having fun with Soup! I feel that akuma is pretty much the same. That Ultra2 is funny though. I know I couldn’t hit it after a level 3 focus attack… However, I did teleport like sweep distance from Gouken…he fireball’ed and I activated the Ultra as quickly as possible when I ported and I nailed that dude. The range is very tricky and the properties as well. I wonder who would know the properties of the Ultra mixed with the teleport. Some people are saying it’s cancelled and others are saying that you get extra invincible frames or whatnot. All i know is that Gouken has quick recovery on FB’s and it still got him from sweep distance!!!
Nice find dood. Man Gym Teacher Sakura is awesome. I don’t read manga but need to read Sakura Ganbaru. So many other great alts. Joker touched on pretty much all the good ones, but i also dig Ibuki’s, Viper’s, Fuerte’s, Rose’s (oh lawd), Dan’s, and Makoto’s.
Been on and off in training mode since i got off work last night. Besides my Ninja Assassins Im really diggin Juri. Not only is she a freaky ass chick but I see A LOT of potential in her. Orel! We will be sharing info soon. Back to the Ninjas, Ibuki will without a doubt be Top or very close. Lots of options, good normals, a grab ultra, and able to combo into ultra from just a poke. Very fun times indeed.
got some pretty good stuff but im bored with non Feng Shui combos. i think the area that juri will in shine the most will be in the mix-up department(at least my juri anyway) she can combo from her projectile on normal hit. very nasty when you mix it up.
If you guys come from Knox I’ll definitely show up to play. Always appreciative of out of towners coming through.
There is also an urgent matter that needs the cunning of a true expert. Mike, this kid needs a handle. So far I got Young/Lil’ Wong, but it’s weak. Plus you don’t wanna live in another man’s shadow. Needs your touch (no homo/pedo).
