The majority of people here are awesome. We have a large group. There is a bit of misconception from what I have gathered, and I’ve been trying to work it out.

Man. Before all this bullshit whine-raging, I was like “maybe streams would be cool, but I’m good either way.” NOW, I’m like fuck these nobodies, don’t stream it next year, even (especially) as the numbers and prizes grow. All these stream monster crybabies shitting their internet diapers because a tourney doesn’t do shit exactly like everyone else. Naw, we do it better. A historied tournament run well by a veteran. All this righteous indignation over some made-up issue that doesn’t matter, because they are too inept to get their asses to real arcades with real people for real matches. With no REAL outlet for REAL hype or REAL matches or REAL heroes, they become addicted to the maladjusted vomit that spews into the stream chatrooms and call that the FGC. Come face to face with real people and you will know what the FGC is.

Memphis is still at the same place, Mid-South Tournaments and Games aka TnG on Wednesday Nights. I haven’t been keeping up with the thread but Brinson’s was also doing something on Friday nights but I think I read that was on hiatus?
