SCV’s netcode is good, except I suffer from the inability to connect to people, and I’m not the only one that suffers from that. So I basically can’t even play it.

In VF5, I’m playing wireless, and it feels practically offline. I say practically, because if I’m getting delay, I don’t seem to feel it. It doesn’t feel delayed like SF4 (I certainly don’t feel like its underwater), but I dunno if its rollback netcode since I haven’t seen any rollbacks. Its truly phenomenal and if nothing else, it puts capcom to shame for $15 - $30

Well actually played it and it’s pretty cool, may like it a bit more than Tekken. Also El Blaze is super cool.

Not sure if im fucking up but it feels like vf doesnt have the knock down bullying like in tekken or sc.

only if they quickstand. If they lay there and then get up, they appear to be invincible.

EDIT: It makes it feel less like those games, since you can’t “loop” knockdowns it seems, though I’m not entirely sure.

So can anyone answer this question? I have the custom item packs for a few characters, but I can see that there are several blank slots in the item menus. Are these items unlocked through general play?

If it’s a total blank spot that doesn’t say anything at the top of the box like Hair/Hat, Upper Arms, I’m assuming there is nothing you can equip in those slots on that costume. When you download a pack you immediately get every item for that character. No unlocking needed.

So essentially each costume allows/disallows certain item combos? And the ones that are not allowed on that costume simply do not show up at all?
