Silly troll
i like to throw fireballs all day and go for throws after my jabs hit.
Today I destroyed my modded SE stick. Too much anger with this game, I had to make it so I couldn’t come back to it.
my bad habit is too much offense and too little defense… kill kill kill…
I don’t get angry at my opponent, really. I get angry at myself. It’s like, “Ok, I’ve practiced my block strings, my B n’ Bs, my SRK > FADC > Ultra… Man I am READY!” And then I get into a match and do retarded stuff like sweep when I could combo, fail to tech obvious throw attempts, and worst of all, fall victim to things I was just practicing myself and should TOTALLY be able to counter!!!
As it happens, I’m like sarcastically reprimanding myself, like, “Oh, good! Yes, good… all of that. I love it.”
that… is… so… true… O.O
it’s the same with me…
In a match i get so angry at myself for not being able to tech, and after a whiffed or blocked srk i punish with… -> throw <- … yeah, well thats dump…
and just a day ago i spent nearly an hour with my bro at the training room to DRILL me to punish srk with a huge dmg combo so the opponent thinks twice about using it again …
besides that, while i get angrier my executions gets worse every (damn) round…
which just puts the thought into my mind: "I trained it so often, get it nearly 100% in training room but in a match i act like my fingers are permanently crippled…"
and i get even angrier -.-
its a vicious circle… -.-
sums up what i do pretty well
so frustrating.
Feels like i freeze in some matches, i’ll see a throw attempt coming but just freeze instead of teching and end up getting frustrated with myself.
Tech throwing is also hella bad online. I could totally swear I’m teching (or at least trying to), and I get thrown anyway, and the opp gets a nice knowckdown. Wheeeee.
Yeah it’s much harder than offline of course, well it depends on the latency but you got to anticipate the tech a bit earlier than you would offline, and sometimes you get it too early so your opponent throws you while your throw whiffs… boy thats online… Your brain gotta adjust to the lag.
i have a bad habit of leading up to a RH tatsu-ing after using c. mk for a poke, esp when the opponent is crouching after getting hit low. always lead to whiffing… sometimes my finger just hits kick accidentally.
but what’s worse, I have an awful with fuerte, half the time i rush the input to do a dash that I keep throwing out punches instead, so then i look like a douche who can even do a dash.
:xeye:
sf4 = Scrub Friendly 4. seriously, i play honda and we all know how f**king horrid his anti air game is. so sir-jumps-alot does jump, jab jab jab jump jab jab jab jump. and it literaly works.
i know i know, jumping fierce and FA. well what else can i do? i just hate this game… im almost reluctant to buy super scrub friendly 4, but my new challengers are in there (hawk and dj).
Having no problem with 10+ GP players but getting qckpwned by 2000-3000 GP players who make NO mistakes.
i think to ways:
Normal and Godlike of Nature:
Normal: Practice normal events that make you mad or thinking about yourself things and frame rates
Godlike: Stoping every move with a higher priority at the same instant the frame attacks and beyond that the frame of all rates of each character plus everything about it the kara’s and mind games that every1 applies is that we Akuma players are demons and something feared with this. Stop each move and predict your opponents moves and reactions plus his handicaps, becoming so good its crazy.
It depends on my mood, i am very bright and thinking all directions.

A hell what relief -.- I thought I am the only noob doing this stupid stuff like punish with throw, sweep etc. I think the worst about screwing it, is knowing to screw it while screwing it lol… And i noticed after hours of play my small finger seems to fall asleep, which drive me crazy because I start think about my figer and not the
match…and then Vega owns me once again xd
this sorta sums up what i do online >_<
whenever i lose to a hadoken spammer or flowchart Ken/Ryu/Akuma/Gouken,i get real mad punch my pillow. But then i get over it and continue playing
I usually vent my frustration by giving dry, sarcastic commentary on my own actions (read: fail).
“And here we see Chun eating yet ANOTHER fireball to the face. Dashing straight into it, too. She loves that shit! Could she be trying to perform dash ultra? Y’know, that move she’s been practising sooo hard? … Nooo, heck no!”
“Note to self: Cross-up d/f HK doesn’t work against Cammy.” (30 seconds later) “Told you so!”
Sadly we all know the problems with playing online in SFIV, but yet we can’t stop
Well i can’t anyway since there’s no one to play with offline.
My biggest beef is when, Well here let me give an example
You’re having fun in arcade mode just waiting for a championship match to come along.
You get the “A new warrior has entered the ring” message, alright good, lets play.
You’re opponent gives you the thumbs up emoticon, ok great.
He then proceeds to pick the character in you’re title/icon as to show off.
I play balrog, and as such i have a balrog title/icon, to me it feels like this guy is saying, Hey i’ll show YOU how to play you’re character.
When we start playing, it becomes painfully obvious that he has never played balrog in his life, and as such make him self look like an ass.
I suppose it’s not really a bad thing, it just bothers me :arazz:
Also the online teching gets me sometimes, but as i have no we’re else to play, i’ll just have to get over it.
