that bison teleport instead of ultra thing is ridiculously frustrating, every time i miss i just want to buy a bunch of those dragon ball z stick you see on ebay and smash them with a hammer, yea thats how much i hate missing that ultra. ^ i also dislike that. another thing is when since ive started playing again i made it to g2 on ps3 and i get a whole bunch of people leave because they see me pick bison, some of the higher g2s leave after i beat them a round. five seconds later i get a message saying “why you disconnect” when my disconnect ratio is 0 and we had 4 bars…/rant
I usually turn the game off (not rage-quit), and then go watch giddy k-pop videos to raise my spirits back up. There are days when I know not to load up SFIV because I have something to do later and don’t want to be in a shitty mood while I’m doing whatever that is.
I’m not very good at this game, but I think I’m at the point where I could entertain the idea of entering a tournament and losing in the first round. Even so, I had way more fun in Championship Mode when I was in G2. I felt like playstyles were more mixed up then, even if the character selection always wasn’t. In G1 I pretty much know what someone’s gonna be like when I see what character he or she’s picked, and that makes it even more frustrating when I lose!
Anyway, yeah, when I get super pissed I usually just find something really campy or really over-the-top “cute” to get my blood back down to a manageable temperature.

lolol, there was a while that i had got into the habbit of punishing whiffed SRK with auto sweep, except, i was doing it too early as well so whiffing!!! i dunno wat was wrong with me. it be like Ken, oh look an SRK, block, i early sweep, he lands just intime to SRK me in the back :(…man i was soo angry for a while. pretty damn aware of it now and bnb instead

Everyone i ever play is damn ryu. You KNOW they are mashing DP as soon as they get hit. I stopped doing fancy combos online and stick to BnBs only to get scrub-mail after the match: “All you do is one combo”…
Or people that think they can taunt me after they connect their damn DP FADC Ultra, only to get perfected in Round 2.
So yeah, I guess mashers and lag make me rage hard.
The other day i was playing this online-scrubby-ryu… I got the dizzy, FA3 his ass and just jab him. Guess what? Reversal Ultra… I knew it, they are all the same 
hurr, I’m ryu and I can mash srk through your missed links and then say “get serious” every time…

After some losses, I wish that I can record videos so that I can watch them. Though in that case. I just play some MW2 or Bad company 2 demo. Otherwise, I pick the stick back up and try again.

I have a bad habit of punching the fuck out of my TE stick. I usually pound the bottom right corner, enough to have severely bruised my hand. I’ve also applied several HARD open-hand slaps to the buttons. The worst thing I’ve done to it is stand up, pick it up to chest level, and drop it straight onto my tile floor. I’ve only done that once and instantly regretted it. Still works haha… I’ve since calmed the fuck down and stopped acting like a retard.

Played against this dude (or dudette) today who chose Honda and got 2 ochio throws in the first round, then he taunts… Twice! I put pressure on him in the 2nd and won it easily. Then in the third he starts off strong and gets me to half health, so natch, he taunts me again. But I go on the offense and won the match in the end. I sent him a message mocking him for taunting me like that. Then he sends me a message saying that Honda wasn’t his main and that he’d prefect me with a “real char” [acter]. Too bad his lack of experience with Honda didn’t prevent him from being a douche.
Seriously, taunting is all good and stuff, but if you’re gonna taunt after a knockdown, better be sure you’re gonna win… It’s just irritating when they do this kind of shit.
… Wait, he’s a douche because he taunts, now? And you’re not allowed to taunt if you don’t win the match in the end?

I just thought it was really stupid of him to do so and, at the time, during the match, it did tick me off and made me concentrate more on not making mistakes which in the end, helped me win the match instead of making me feel intimidated (which is what I supposed he wanted). Then he messages me saying that that character wasn’t his main. Don’t know, but I usually don’t start taunting after a knockdown if I’m “trying out” another character (unless it’s Dan).
I have been taunted when getting beasted by really good players, which I suppose stings, but at least it’s warranted.
I can’t stand hit and run characters. They crouch in the corner until you come to them and then pull some lame counter garbage and run away again. It’s not cheap so much as it’s just not fun to play against. I came to fight, not chase you around all day.
I used to do the same thing, it’s kinda sad how many people it works on. I would sometimes do 2 or more in a row vs ppl that really sucked. Like I would go jab, jab, pause, REVERSAL FIERCE SRK, when they land, jab, jab, pause, REVERSAL FIERCE SRK, etc. Needless to say I stopped playing online a long time ago. The shitty comp, lag, and lack of real life opponent takes away most of the beauty of SF.
Cue 95% of the G2 Guile/Blanka players I have come across the past week.
It’s so bloody boring.
I get really frustrated with the constant mashing of Light shoryukens from Ken/Ryu players Never, ever get it from any of the other Shoto users, just those two.
I go “Right, I’m bored of having to use the same fricken counter for your same shit.” try something different to not look like a countering twat and then get heavily punished for it. It really really bothers me.
Taunts make me smirk and generally go “Oh how cute.” especially because the past 3 incidences I’ve had of it, it’s been when the opponent is actually losing and I can’t quite comprehend the taunting while losing because it never riles me up XD
I find that not being able to tech throws just pisses me off in general especially when I’m sure I pressed it but it didn’t happen. Might be due to the shit lag online. So angry.
