i didn’t know anything about it going in, but it’s kind of like a less dumb version of that Sleepy Hollow show. Eva Green absolutely killed it in episode 2. at least watch it up to that point.

is it true that when you get playboy, some other channels are automatically unlocked. i got playboy a few months ago and about 10 channels (some i actually watch) were unlocked the next day. playboy alone, not worth it, i’d cancel… but all together a decent deal. so now i’m wondering if i cancel playboy will i lose those other channels too?

Blais vs Marcel - Blais

• Blais is still one of my favorite TC winners. Marcel would only be a pick if he were up against someone I didn’t really care for.

Shirley vs Brooke - Shirley

• Both went to the end of their respective seasons and were strong competitors. Tough call, really, but I side with Shirley a bit more, mainly cause she really found her cooking style/voice over the course of her season.

Mike vs Antonia - Antonia

• IMO, Antonia should’ve been in the TC:All-Stars finale vs Blais, instead of Mike. This matchup will be a bit of a redemption for Antonia, since Mike had gone on to participate in that finale over her.

CJ vs Stefan - Stefan

• Stefan is cocky, but he usually backs up his talk. This matchup is a bit of rehash from the recent season when they met up again.

David vs Takashi - N/A

• Match could go either way. It probably would’ve been interesting if TC: Masters winners faced off, IMO.

Tiffany vs Dale - Dale

• IIRC, both have attitude in the kitchen, but I think that Dale has a bit more of an edge in culinary stuffs.

Nyesha vs Jen - Jen

• Both were strong competitors in their respective seasons. Will probably be a good matchup, though I favor Jen a bit more.

Stephanie vs Kristen - Kristen

• This will probably be the most anticipated matchup of all due to them being the only two female Top Chef winners over the course of the seasons. Kristen is my pick to win for this match.

Kevin vs Art - N/A

• One will out-cook the other in the Southern food cuisine arts… No real preference here.

The pool of 'chef’testants is pretty good, though it probably would’ve been better to have another season of All-Stars, IMO.
I’m pretty sure TC fans all have their lists on which 'chef’testants/matchups should’ve been, lol.

Also, it appears the new season of TC will premiere sometime in Fall 2014, in Boston.
