Television General Discussion

does he even know what the fuck happened ?

I mean he remembers that will cut hannibal lose but he probably doesn’t know how his face is missing

Originals and Vampire diaries had really solid finales. Already pumped to hear Carry on my Wayward Son next week.

Warehouse 13 just finished their Series Finale, and I enjoyed it immensely.

This show has had so much humor and heart that kept me coming back for more. I’ll miss it, but at the same time I’m glad it ended on such a positive note.

Cheap special effects and all, I’m truly gonna miss this show.

The Challenge: Free Agents - 07
Bananas vs Jordan

Spoiler

The former was voted in, while the latter made a gutsy play for the opportunity to send home take out the vet (flipped all the cards over to get the ‘kill card.’)

Elimination Game: Wrecking Wall
Winner: Bananas
Loser: Jordan

Bananas was like:

Jordan was like (sans the emotion):

On Jordan’s actions:
Leroy and Preston (who were part of ‘The Draw’ were like: Thanks for volunteering yourself, man.
Most everyone thought (besides egging him on): You know you done fucked up, right?

Elimination round between the two would’ve probably been more crazy if it were any of the other directly physical confrontation challenges.
There went a chance at $125,000 all because of pride.

lol @ Cohutta’s quote: “Don’t write checks with your bulldog bark that your chihuahua ass can’t cash.”

Anyone catch the season finale of The Americans, I was kinda disappointed how the story arch with Larrick ended I was expecting a epic showdown but the twist at the end was pretty cool, certainly makes next season very promising (provided they can write lines for Paige and not turn her into an uber annoying teenager).

lol at Stan’s bad dream, wifey > Nina dumbass :hitit:

Anyone here ever watched Malcolm and Eddie?

Revolution’s series finale was fairly decent - giving every character their little moment. My only critique was the cliffhanger ending. It’s been known for a while that the show was cancelled. They could’ve shot a quick one minute scene to tie-up the nanotech storyline.

Also it’s not like the nano played a huge part in S2 anyway, they could’ve just cut that scene altogether.

A toast to the puppet master

Hannibal: Nothing else really, just… Hannibal.

[details=Spoiler]Honestly, I would’ve done the same thing as Jordan (though without all the vitriol). However he just picked the absolute wrong elimination challenge to step up. Any chance he had against Bananas got annihilated at the Stage Select screen. But he couldn’t back down at that point with all the shit he was talking so…yeah.

But it’s about time we got people stepping up like the old days rather than ride behind alliances. Unfortunately, seeing what happened to Jordan probably just made sure no one will try it again.[/details]

its like you and epidemic

Hannibal - S2 E13 (season finale)

Spoiler

That opening dialogue with Will in the ‘middle-man’ role between Hannibal and Jack was an interesting highlight scene.

S2 with the crazy opening scene of E1 and the ‘WTF is going on here’ ending scene(s) of E13.
Then that after the credits scene with Blonde Scully… wat?

Still waiting on a recipe book from Jose Andres for his culinary advisement on this show, lol.

Interview w/ Bryan Fuller on the Hannibal’s Season 2 finale…

Just watched season finale of Hannibal, HOLY FUCKING MIND BLOWN SHIT!!

Easily the best show on TV this past season, the season has just been incredible, throw every TV award at them, they deserve it.

Hannibal is the Games Master, I don’t think even Wolverine would have sniffed the plan out.

[details=Spoiler]He had this plan set up in motion along just incase, then when it came down to it he executed without hesitation.

Who will live and who will die? I don’t think all 3 characters will be killed off. Hannibal has shown he is an expert at inflicting damage, was there a reason to go for Will’s gut other than he wouldn’t see it coming? He displayed little to no anger just sadness so it seemed extremely spiteful of him to do that to Will and make him watch Abigail die (or watch each other die) too.

I’m a confused about Gillian Anderson’s character being with him at the end, I seem to remember Hannibal coming to her home prepared to kill her but she had already fled. But here she is, she looks a little uneased, but Hannibal obviously wants her alive …could she have also been in on it from the beginning?

I want to watch the series again from season 1 now, A+

Hannibal challenged his inner HHH and buried everybody in the season finale.

Show too godly, it may overtake Breaking Bad as my favorite show if this level of quality continues

cheh,

I finally got around to watching the season finale of Supernatural… holy shit, man… every time I think the show has run its course, it still manages to entertain me with some great “edge of your seat” moments. The emotional scenes near the end, then that final moment-- you could kind of see it coming but it was STILL awesome. This has been one of my favorite shows of all time. It’s still good even though it was apparently intended to end with that previous season finale involving Satan and the boys trying to stop Armageddon from happening. (*that would’ve been my favorite series finale of all time if they let it end there) Yeah, in terms of supernatural stuff, they’ve basically done it all at this point…yet it still manages to have compelling episodes somehow.

Lilyhammer, perhaps the greatest tv show ive seen, sopranos in norway with sopranos cast guest appearing all the time

Finished S1 of Graceland and pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it - regardless of a few plot holes stemming from blatant lack of logic in some decisions characters made.

What was especially surprising was that despite Charlie and Paige definitely having their eye-candy moments, they were fleshed out quite a bit (no pun intended). Overall I give it a 7/10.

Also started on Sons of Anarchy and The Americans. Not through S1 of either yet, but I’m hooked thus far.

Surprised nobody is talking about FARGO yet. Each episode is Amazing, let alone the Pilot. Its on episode 7 of its 10 Episode run. Billy Bob Thorntons Best performance. SO good. Please watch the Pilot and tell me you dont want more.

Dont even need to watch the Movie, but you probably will a few episodes in.

Did you even check the pages? We been spring about Fargo. Didnt like the shit they tried to pull last week though. But fuck me did Lester get devilish.
