I think Iām gonna start Outlaw Star: The Live Action Series aka Firefly tonight. I always saw bits an pieces a few years back but Iāll watch it straight including Serenity.
Top Chef Masters
Chef Sang stay racking in the money for his charityā¦ but has been in the ābottom threeā twice now for the Mastersā Quickfire Challenges, due to his Sous-Chef doing poorly in their challenges. It is kinda interesting to see how the disadvantages affect the Master in the dual-competition.
There was a Lindsay Price sighting on tonightās episodeā¦ and she is apparently engaged to Curtis Stone, the host.
Also, the new season of Top Chef (New Orleans) premieres in October.
MasterChef
Bri is hella lucky she came back when she did cause from now until the finals, everyone that gets eliminated wonāt likely have the opportunity to come back.
Tonightās episode thoughā¦ ugh.
Spoiler
I though Luca had the Mystery Box Challenge won, since he did a dual-preparation of the steak, which I thought was creative.
Damn it, only two āJāsā left in the competitionā¦
Cutthroat Kitchen - Food Network
This show is kinda like a mix between having the āadvantageā from a Mystery Box Challenge on MasterChef and Chopped.
From what I watched, each contestant has a large amount of money that they can use to bid on āsabotageā stuffs to use against a competitor to hamper them during rounds of cooking. If you make it through to the end, you get to keep the money that you donāt spend.
Examples of āsabotageā include substitution (a poor quality ingredient in place of a preferred one of a similar type; like bread crusts or making your own bread from scratch instead of having ready-made bread) or subtraction (loss of untensils).
Bidding is pretty high, in the thousands, for the chance to screw over one of the competition.
It would be pretty funny to see in one episode if none of the chefs decide to screw over anyone and just cook straight up and head-to-head, just to keep all of their money, for a chance to win it all in the end. Alton Brown would be like, āWhat?ā
lmao Joe Rogan Questions Everything is damn entertaining, all the conspiracy theorists are pretty toned down and harmless, unlike the ones Louis Theroux would interview back in the day
Watched that Low Winter Sun on AMC, doesnāt give you much to go on in the pilot, but the setup is 2 sort of corrupt cops killing a more corrupt cop to start things off. Mark Strong is lead character, might turn out decent as they reveal more aboutā¦everything. One those hereās the main event. now youāll see how everything got there kind of show
The key man/āJanglesā makes an appearance, does work on Belloās crew and confronts Bello, stabs Mike, and is somewhat friendly with Charlie in regards to taking down Odin Rossi.
A recovering Mike tells Paige about why heās at Graceland, besides not being too happy with Juanās antics.
Briggs is still playing various angles and has confronted a fake āJanglesā (Juan) and shot him.
What is/was Juan up to?
Also, that part about there being another house before Graceland, which ended in tragedy, was kinda interesting stuff.
3 episodes left until season finale.
Burn Notice has 3 episodes until itās series finale.
@Million
It appears that Stacy Keibler has a hosting gig on a new Lifetime show called Supermarket Superstar.
When he told her what he was really doing in Graceland then she rejected him, I was like āNooo, donāt go Serinda Swaaaan!ā But yeah, sucks to be Mike right now.
But I really like liked her in Smallville and Breakout Kings, an attractive but capable actress imo.
