Too lazy to Google it up but I read somewhere that the lone gunmen are coming back on the new x-files mini series that’s slated for next year, I think. You never really know who’s dead or still alive on that show. But still, woot!!!

Did binge watch the first season of HBO’s The Leftovers again, I really like this show. Entire world going into an existential crisis over a universal WTF event? Some great performances from the cast all around, glad to see it’s back for a 2nd season.
i lost interest in ray donovan towards the mid/end of season 2 and i think it was pretty forgettable.

hahaaha people HATE the shit out of this character now. I realize that in the show, it still has only been a short period of time since the outbreak and the situation with his mom----in their time, the stuff from season 1 just happened probably a couple of days ago, and it would obviously take him quite a while to get over it and accept that Mom is gone… but the kid is still annoying though.

The final season of the show – whose main characters include a lapsed Amish mobster and a conman pretending to be a lawman – is adding Eliza Dushku (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Dollhouse”) to a cast that already includes Trieste Kelly Dunn (“Canterbury’s Law,” “Golden Boy”), Ivana Milicevic (“Casino Royale”) and Lili Simmons (“Hawaii Five-0”).
“Banshee” is the brainchild of Jonathan Tropper, who wrote last year’s big-screen Jason Bateman/Tina Fey/Jane Fonda dramedy “This is Where I Leave You.”

To be honest I was surprised that they even did last season. After they dealt with Rabbit and people close to him finding out who he really is I thought that would have been it, but with Job the tech guy getting kidnapped by the military it feels like they’ve jumped the shark.

I’m not surprised if Banshee is going into it’s final season. They (the writers) already knew the last thing they had to address was the main character’s identity, and the note they ended S3 on really shows that. That season finale hinted at a big final season where everything is on the line, where doing a S5 afterward would probably be pretty damn hard to top.
