even though Flying Wonky posted that months ago…gotcha…
D’oh, I should have checked before sharing. It’s about the new console-exclusive alts.
Maaaaaan this game.
Still wondering if Leo gets a bathing suit, lol.
Soo… I have played Tekken since T3, but never really went very deep into them. (basically just learned some basic combos, etc.) But this time i will be learning alot more than just the basics. I have been thinking about getting TTT2 for a month now and i finally decided to pre-order or buy it when it comes. Damn the customization in T6 was awesome, cant wait to see what they got in TTT2.
The customization has less depth in tag 2 then T6 due to hardware limitations(rendering 4 characters at once strains the engine) so it back to DR level of customization however you still some new options and more layers to color the base colors…also you don’t have to pay extra in game cash to change clothes colors.
I don’t want to type out specifics but for the most part you can customize the following:
- head parts
-face parts
-holdng in hand
-back
-upperbody
-lowerbody
-full body
-hit effects
-rage effects
-team background
-base colors
-custom hair
Vert told me to get Tapatalk 2
I’m alright with that. Still get the custom hair and stuff, and it doesn’t seem like its drastically cut back from T6’s customs.
From the videos that I have seen the customization in TTT2 looks even more crazy than in T6 I cant wait to make some funny characters
this game has all of my want
Just all of it? You’re slacking! You must give it more than all of your want!
Seriously though September can’t come quickly enough. I just want to start practicing again (and can’t be bothered to turn on Tekken 6 at this point).
I have been playing Tekken 6 for the past few weeks to get ready for TTT2 and to give it a send off so that when september rolls around I don’t have to play that game again.
Man looking forward to this, hoping the netcode it’s refering to by SCIV netcode is pre-patch though, it ran so well before the patch but after the patch, whilst it still ran well in game, actually connecting to a match was an absolute nightmare.
Ninja Edit: It was late and I derped the numerals, meant SCV, only realised when quoted lol.
The 11th can’t come soon enough.
You think that you have it hard. I live in Ireland so I have to wait till the 14th
Man ANY netcode imrpovements TTT2 can get now over previous entries would be such a damn blessing right now. During the time I couldn’t participate in tourneys, I wanted to play T6 online so bad but… UGH.
I really, really, really, really hope the online is improved to SCV levels as they’ve been flaunting. That would be beautiful. <3
They never said it would be like SCV because that would be impossible.
Ah, I might have misread then. Why would it be impossible though? Genuinely curious by the way, I’m not even sure how SCV’s online worked so well.
I never had that big of a problem with the netcode of T6 it was by no means perfect and I did encounter a few bumps when trying to play but the main thing that turned me off T6 online was the community. It was full of dickheads and sore losers who would constantly send me abusive messages even though i was just playing the game. I only ever received a nice message once it said ‘‘Good game’’ it put a smile on my face because i was fed up of idiots sending hate filled rants to me.
Larger buffer windows. Tekken’s is tighter and needs a lot more information to get through. That’s why T6’s online wasn’t even as good as SCIV’s and SCIV’s was craps.
We can only hope really.
Looks hawt.
