I’m turning this thread into a Tekken guide over the weekend. People have to settle with the game first and the 4 days should be enough.
If anybody wants to learn the game. I don’t mind helping with any questions you might have. To tide you down until SSFIV comes out right.
I got video ideas to assist as well. If you need a 1 on 1, i’m sure we can work out a day when i’m not busy. I’m no Tekken God but i did place high in US tournaments back in Tekken 5.

Tekken is street dated and can’t be sold OR PUT ON DISPLAY until the release date (Which is tomorrow).

thought about this for a bit, and it’s probably that the store had display boxes up with mock artwork and “Coming soon” on it.
As long as it’s not the OFFICIAL product sitting on a shelf on display, it’s good.

Tekken was $64.99 today at Gamestop/EBgames but will be $59.99 starting tomorrow.
If you bought a copy today, take the receipt back tomorrow and ask for the $5 back.

Russell; how long are you hanging at POWNZ on Saturday? I finish work at 5:00pm and can’t attend the tournament but I’d like to drop buy and talk to you about the basic mechanics of the game. I played it last night and while a lot of stuff is familiar, there were some changes that confused me. Your insight would be really helpful.
