Difference is Japan doesn’t NEED to travel lol… and you know this!
is there any vids of that money match… if so you should link it.
Tekken isn’t really a JPN game anyway, SK players are better for the most part
Japan is a country, a country with 10x the amount of good players in America. Maybe you should think about what you say before you say it and even Japan has travled to American and Korea many time.
Online is period worthless, learning how people think with their character? No one good plays online and everyone plays their character differently. What you say makes no sense. Holding gatherings is much more effective for those purposes anyway.
Who the hell are you by the way? It says Upstate New York. Never heard of you.
Yeah, Anakin is such a scrub LOL …
Anakin plays online because no one can block Roger’s d/b+3 with lag and he gets jolls beating up people with it. I doubt he takes that shit seriously and if he does then he’s a fool.
Let me rephrase it for you, when was the last time you say Top Players play against each other in a online match and either of them acted like it really mattered? “No one good cares about what happens online” and if they do they are delusional. Cause fuck I’ll throw out safe random launchers all day and seeable lows will become unblockable on reaction.
Why are you trying to twist my words anyway like I’m saying Star Kid sucks? I’ve said many times on many different forums I think Star Kid is the best on the East Coast " Does he travel? No. So no one knows for sure but IMHO he’s the best right now. 6 months from now when BR comes out though, it will be a different story.
Tekken online blows.
In my opinion it’s literally the worst fighter I’ve ever played online.
Haha he doesn’t use Roger or Paul online. Whenever he actually IS online…
lol I should be asking you the same thing. I’ve only been on TZ for years with a different name hahaha… If this is ZTS, then yes not only have you heard of me but you lost to me in your own arcade in cuse
Also there aren’t any vids of the DP spero MM, believe me if there were I would have been watching them and posting them.
For a while in the beginning there were some good people playing tekken online, and the connections when relatively close and playing a WIRED connection were good. Nowadays it’s close to unplayable if you randomly sign on, there is nothing worse than a bad connection of a DRO game.
Yes he does. It could just be when he plays me though, I dunno.
Anyway, I don’t know ATL’s philosophy on traveling and I’d rather not get into them proving themselves(since I’m not ‘officially’ ATL), but I think they’re good enough to fight anyone in the U.S. at least.
I’m not worthy i guess …
I don’t get the SFIV hate. Anyway, this game does look pretty good. I may actually start playing Tekken again, after taking a LOOONG break from 3D fighters in general.
^Another useless post by an 09er…So I saw BR in gameinformer, any news on a stick?
I didn’t twist your words at all, I quoted what you said. Everyone knows DR online is garbage but good players still play it. It’s like battered wife syndrome and no I don’t feel bad about saying that.
It’s really annoying losing a match to d+4 in the arcade, but I can deal with it. It’s so much more annoying losing to d+4 online with lag. I’m not sure how BR’s online component will work, but if it is the same as DR, I might break a tv.
After playing HDR on the inferior PS3 version exclusively and hearing about how much better the xbox is, in both technical on competitive terms, I’m excited about the PS3 BR. I firmly believe that most Tekken players already own a PS3 for DR, and the level of comp will be high, compared to the 360. As long as the lag is at a minimum (re: not like DR) I will play this for a while. I hope microsoft buying namco’s favor doesn’t affect the ps3 version.
Dude…fuck Microsoft. Why can’t they just be happy with Rumble Roses?
As for online play, eh, whatever. Prefer local and competitive. But I hope by Tek finally coming onto 360, the system who’s online is OMFGAW…LIK OMFGAW, that this will create a better online experience for BOTH consoles.
Now let’s pray that 360’s shortcomings don’t strip this title of anything relevant. And if so, STILL give us PS3 owners our arcade perfection.
I hope for the same, speaking as a 360 user myself. One of the main issues with developing Tekken for the 360 is the limited space on the DVD compared to the space on Bluray, but since Microsoft is becoming more lenient with their rules and Tekken is such a big name fighter, we 360 users might get a mandatory install disk for our HDDs.
Yea, not all of us have them, but those of us who weren’t dumbasses and picked up the pro, elite, whatever, have at least a 20 GB drive. Also, if Tekken required the HDD, it would drive up HDD sales for Microsoft as well. After that, it’s just an issue of performance, which I think they said was challenging, but coming along well, right?
I used to live in Houston. Plenty of comp.
I live in New Orleans now… Online play is important to me.
Also
I don’t give a shit if the 360 version is arcade perfect or needs more HD space or whatever. If the development of BR on the 360 fucks up what should be a perfect port on the PS3, then there should be an uprising.
Who did you play as/whats your real name? I dont remember the sn unfortunately =(
