God damn most people on xbl are easy wins b/c they are mashers. I probably played 50 games today and only ran into ONE other person that could juggle (seriously most people hit a launcher and STAND there as you fall). People are starting strings from a full screen away making them easy to hit CH b+2 (Bruce) into half life juggle. Seriously, all I need to beat these people is b+2 then juggle, and I SUCK at this game. Beat the shit out of a guy earlier because he didn’t block EVER and was basically combo practice, after the match he sent me “You a pussy, you knew i’d whoop your ass thats why you spammed attacks on me”. sigh
On a lighter note I’m finally starting to be able to break throws somewhat (about 50 percent but that’s 50 percent better than last week).
I’m almost positive d/b3,2 is 16 frames. I remember people jokingly saying it’s the only low fast low that for some reason always got blocked in DR, and pointing out that it’s the same speed as HS.
I really don’t think there’s any 12 frame low that’s KD on normal hit…That’d be out-right ridiculous!!!
I seriously hope I’m wrong and I really hope you’re right. It was a discussion on the last tier thread, and all I remember was that it was a stupidly fast number (so many pages of drivel, so I can’t find it anymore), but the move has such small range, so nobody really complained.

One thing that I’ve been throwing into my strategies now is doing an instant Peekaboo uppercut. So it looks like the uppercut came out of thin air, instead of seeing Steve enter the stance.
Peekaboo reminds me so much of Sarah’s flamingo from Evo though, I’m not even joking. The stance may be totally different, but the concepts seems to be the same.
deer in headlights effect. its his only move that has the animation and its gotta be over 16frames but it does always seem to hit.
I believe that Miguel db1 is 20 frames execution,deceptive animation and speed but blockable on reaction. By the way I’ve noticed a mummy type head wrap for King in the arcade version, is it available in scenario mode? I can’t purchase it from the customise screen. telling you and all now who just don’t know/think it, anything missing from BR Arcade on console is more than likely going to be DLC. It’s just how current Gen Scamco rolls.

Good stuff Jarekov,I’m really hoping Shin’s predictions about Namco’s dlc policy are wrong. Imagine having to pay to get customisation items like black ki and the mummy wrap that should have been included in the first place, the thought of it pisses me off. I do remember a statement from Harada saying any T6 DLC would be free, so there may still be hope.
yea I read that bit too and hoping just like everyone else they stay to that word. I didn’t pay for 1 bit of SC4’s crappy extra customizations that were already on the damn disc.
