Didn’t someone post up pictures and say that you could unlock exclusive items after completing all the missions in Scenario Campaign? Like the katana and stuff. I’ve already beaten every mission and got all 1000 achievement points. I didn’t unlock any katanas or anything. Are they one of those rare items you could only obtain from the roulette?

That person only posted pics of Lei. I haven’t customized Lei so I didn’t know one thing from the next. I’ve just been playing SC on medium and I’ve been unlocking cyber sunglasses for people, which aren’t on the purchase list. But thats it I think. I don’t know what else there is.

I was playing the G Corporation, Millennium Tower Heliport mission on Hard to farm some money just now and I happened to pick up a Japanese Sword ® for Alisa. I knew it had to be an exclusive item because if I knew that item existed, I would have bought it already. Actually that’s probably the “katana” I was talking about earlier, lol. It’s an A Rank item too. I figured it would have been S Rank since it’s so rare. I’m assuming you can possibly get one from any mission though.
So where did you get these Cyber Sunglasses from? Or is it just one of those random rare items like I’ve just picked up.
I know I got them the first time in Bruce’s stage. Maybe I’ve gotten them all there… I don’t know. I redo that stage a lot just to get items cuz it seems to give a shitload of treasure chests, even without drop bonuses. Anyway, the glasses I’ve gotten for a few characters and they are different (low) ranks.
Oh… and I’ve got the Japanese Sword ® for Alisa too. I didn’t realize you couldn’t buy it. I might have sold one even. Mine is also a Rank A. I don’t know what stage. I don’t think it was the Tower Heliport cuz I’ve only done that stage once, and I don’t remember getting any A items. I know I got it on medium though cuz I only played hard one time and I got the same low rank items. So I went back to medium. Until I know for sure that there are things you can only get on hard, I’m gonna just play it on medium.
Yeah you can get katanas on medium, got them for both Lili and Alisa just playing through SC mode normally.

this may honestly be one of the saddest things i have ever read about tekken.
miss darkness has it right. unblockable him back. miguel’s ub is literally the slowest move in the game by far, competing maybe only with jack wind up punch. taking 100+ unavoidable damage would put an end to that.
if that, then just hit him. if he blocks it he doesn’t keep going. if you literally are freaking out and not hitting a button while miguel is walking forward, and this move is becoming a legitimate concern for you, then i have no idea what to tell you.

I am realizing that there are more items I’ve unlocked that I didn’t realize you couldn’t buy - like that cowboy hat (I unlocked it for Anna), and the white knit cap - I’ve unlocked for a few people.
Nah I never said Miguel’s unblockable was a problem for me. I’m not getting hit by it or anything. I just hate that it automatically blocks when I try to hit him while he’s doing the unblocklable. When I played Tekken 6 for the first time and fought against Miguel, I would always try to hit him right when he starts laughing. I’ve always thought he was taunting or something and I keep thinking it’s a free launch. When I found out it was his unblockable, I used to think, “What the?! I can’t punish him while he’s taunting and walking forward. It’s like he blocks automatically! Why can’t all unblockables be like that?”
I’m used to Street Fighter so when I see someone taunting or whiffing an attack, I’ll punish with the best combo I know. I never thought about throwing or executing my own unblockable against it. Plus I was just joking, Miguel’s unblockable isn’t safe. It’s still bad-ass though (when it connects).
there should never be a moment where miguel can even get to the unblockable part. I mean, really. the second you see it start up you should be pondering on how you’re about to take half his life.
