To those who have equips with item drop 100+, where did you get them? I haven’t got any yet and I’ve played all damn night on Mokujin’s stage and the Nightmare train.

That shit shows up randomly, I think I got that stuff while playing Yoshimitsu’s stage, but sometime on the nightmare train I had around the 60%+ and 90%+ drop items on both characters. 150% is an S rank item, you can tell S rank items when you see the chests that are lined with silver on them.

I go to Kaz stage and get at-least 1.2-1.5 million or more each play threw.

I dont know if this has been mentioned yet but for ps3 users you can take screenshots by going to the “photo” section on the xmb and choose “save photo” Pretty sweet as now I can use the prologue art as my wallpaper. Here’s a snapshot I took of Asuka’s prologue.

I gotta be honest, T5DR was my favorite in the series and I put so much time in mastering yoshi,lee,lei,law,bryan and paul. Coming into T6 I find that everything about these characters is completly changed…and not just a small modification but drastic alterations to the point where they are not reconizable. That’s my issue with this game, It isn’t familar whatsoever…everything is completly different and changed from T5DR. It’s a bit of a alienating feeling to pick up ur main’s and have them feel like complete strangers lol…I don’t know if I’ll quit T6 at this point. Everything just feels to radically different from T5DR, I can’t even identify with how my main’s play here…it feels like a completly new game.

Tekken always does that. Just mess around for a while with the game and see who you like. Unless you’re going to be competing in a bunch of offline tourneys real soon I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it. I haven’t seriously played Soul Calibur since like the first one (and that’s not even on a competitive level) and only dabbled in the others so I’m sure I’d feel pretty lost picking up SCIV too.

I say stick with it. The change isn’t THAT drastic (at least gameplaywise). I went into T6:br scared that I wouldn’t hang with the bound/bounce system. But i’m enjoying the hell out of Lee’s new stuff.

though i’d think because a lot of stuff’s changed, it would make you want to make you learn the new stuff. Least I somewhat felt that way. Isn’t this half the fun of fighters to begin with?

Any Steve player will tell you that you have to relearn Steve every iteration. Many of the TZ Steve players agree that he lost a lot of important tools. But his additions seem to level it out. I still like DR Steve better but to quit a game just because you have to relearn things is kinda lazy.

I just realized that if you get a bunch of your friends over and play in arcade mode on your profile you rack up money pretty quick. I got like 200 to 300,000 money just for playing in arcade mode for a few hours with other people on my profile.

But if you go onto the Mokujin stage, by completing the Leo stage on HARD when you complete the story, you get that Mokujin stage. And the gold Mokujins at the end of the stage drop roughly 3 money items each. You get like 38000 money from each single money drop. And there are about 20 of them on that stage.

You end up finishing the level with about 2,000,000 fight currency each time. Takes about 5-10 minutes to complete the level. Rinse and repeat a few times and you have a whole bunch of money. Plus you get A+S ranked items on that stage, so you’ll get the S rank item achievement to.

I still haven’t beat that damn train stage. I hate how your character keeps targeting dead enemies until they disappear. I try using the change target button but it randomly doesn’t work >_<. It really sucks when your last hit freezes them and the enemy sits there frozen for several seconds before unfreezing and falling down and finally disappearing.

I got the 360 ver right now cause that’s where my stick is.

Still can’t decide on if I want to use Nina or Steve 100%.

My Nina right now is decked out with Blue Flame biker helmet, white/blue biker top and bottom, barefoot, and no dagger equipped.

My Steve I’m working on the smooth criminal look, all white colored gangster clothes and hat, money is hard to get by in ghost mode, I should try that story mode, just from the posts I’ve read.

Tekken 6 is a pretty easy game to get platinum aka 100% achievement. Devastator and I got it today. I forgot to view panda’s prologue, that was the one thing I missed. BTW the endings in this game are some of the best I’ve seen out of any fighting game.

Yeah its pretty easy. Thankfully its not like steet fighter IV where you had to play like 200 and 500 online matches to get some trophies. That would be torture with Tekken 6’s online play:lol:
