TEKKEN 6 Not Coming To PS3! But Bloodline Rebellion Is!

Namco Bandai held a special press conference yesterday (just a few days before Tokyo Game Show), where they went over new and upcoming titles and other special announcements. One of the announcements was that Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion will be heading to the PLAYSTATION 3 (no word when) and will have MORE content than the arcade version (big surprise!)? IGN was at the event and mentioned in their latest podcast that the PS3 will NOT be getting the regular version of Tekken 6, which was released late 2007 in arcades. More news as we get it!

You sure? Im pretty sure once someone gets hit while in the air, You can juggle them. Regardless of the character, So any news on a release? This means I have to learn more shit -_-.
i don’t really see why some people are butt-hurt about getting BR over the first T6…if anything we’ll be able to learn and keep up with the comp in this way instead of just getting “hand me down” and “through the grape-vine” experience from youtube vids and all of it’s theory fighter goodness.

It’s because we know that we are gonna have to wait a long time for BR since it’s coming out to arcades in Dec. If we was getting T6 instead, then at least we would be playing that alot sooner. That way, the wait for the BR patch wouldn’t be nearly as hard and it makes a whole lot more sense(seriously, it’s been almost a year since T6 came out, and we’ll probably have to wait til April 2009 to play BR. Too fucking long.)
so what was the other option? get dat dead T6 now and get BR much much later if at all?
Well Namco didn’t really say it was an option, but it would make alot of sense business wise(in the U.S. and Europe only btw.) If they release T6 now they would still reap in alot of sales, and there’s no way they wouldn’t release an online BR update down the line to get more money. But at least I wouldn’t have to wait 6-9 months to play some version of T6.

Better late than nothing. Unlike Sega not releasing their lastest version of VF for the second time on console.

Well, Asuka can prolly get a run up 1+4 2,1,1+2 into B! if her d/f+2 hits the opponent in the air. The thing is, hers is slow compared to Bob’s, and half the time it doesnt launch, so theres really no reason to use it over 1+2 unless youre trying to catch them sidestepping. Bob’s is just too good in regular T6.
