Didn’t you say that a PS1/DS1 were the same thing after reading Auto’s post about the old digitals (the non dualshock) being the best? If you’re saying a digital and a dualshock are the same thing, you’re wrong. If that’s not what you’re saying, what are you saying?
Nigga what? I mean, The Old ps1 pad and the DS1 are the same exact pad. DS1 just has the joysticks which ADDS WEIGHT. Me liking the weight. I could play on both just fine, But I prefer the weight from the ds1. Sorry if I confused you sir :3
…RaishinX was right. Even if there’s a difference in weight - which is moreso the rumble motors than the sticks - they are TWO DIFFERENT PADS >_<

I was using a Loigtech Wireless Dual Shock 2 for the longest time. I was able to get down JFSRs and OTGFs consistently with that pad.
I myself have just stopped using mishimas, But I might pick them up when console comes out. I’ll stick to miguel/jack/bob for mains though. :<
I haven’t even touched Tekken 6 yet, so you can imagine my excitement for it coming out…finally.
Pad with Dual Shock: DS1, DS2, DS3
Pad without Dual Shock: PS1, PS3 Sixaxis
DIFFERENT pads. They both will get the job done. But have OBVIOUSLY have diff functions, weight, etc. I prefer Dual Shocks though. I like the added weight.
You’re probably thinking of PS3 SIXAXIS, which is light. There’s hardly a difference in weight between DS1, DS2 and DS3.
Hm…Well i dont have any six axis pads. Just 2 DS3’s but they’re still very light compared to the ds1. Also, Fuck you guys

Lol. Mys, you MAY be right as to a very MINIMAL weight diff between the various DSs. But that’s probably only because they came up with ways to compact the weights within the pad that causes the rumble function.
I am kind of interested now to see if DS1 is indeed that much heftier. I only own regular PS1 pad.
ps1 pads are really good… i dont like havin the analogs on the pad… they just get in my way, especially wen i used to play tekken tag a lot… i do plan on usin stick as well… should be gettin a korean stick in a few weeks :bgrin:
