My guess would be that it’s either King, Yoshimitsu, or just a whole new character still in development.
The clue given as to who it is was “18 islands”.
And if you read his introduction here: http://www.tekkenpedia.com/wiki/Kazuya_Mishima you’ll see that his name contains the numbers 1 & 8. So right now people are speculating a Kazuya suit.
OR… it could be Windermere, which is composed of “18 Islands”, the name of a stage from TEKKEN 2?
