Yeah, tell her to go sleep on the bed.
Girl works 78 hours a week, I let her sleep where ever she manages to pass out at. :looney:
get online and play pad. you dont need a stick to prove this.
online play doesn’t prove a damn thing for tekken
he says he can do it online…
Yeah, the point is it’s easier to do it online than in person.
lol what? reacting to a 16 frame low would be harder online. If he can do that online he would clearly prove it.
How is it even possible to react to 16f low? In 3d, lows faster than 20f are designed to not be able to be reacted to.
Maybe Dilly is confusing reacting, to anticipatory guessing at a good percentage and playing the odds based on a telegraph(stance etc). Somoene could just delay these lows too, and then it would really throw you off.
I know for example in VF 16f lows(characters usual fastest low kick they have, you can’t react to it. And in turn there’s absolutely NO reward on the move, it just goes back to neutral on counter hit).
I don’t know what Feng’s d/B+3 is or what reward is from it, but if it gives any kind of decent reward(on normal like a frame adv, or it grants a good combo on CH), I’m to assume that it’s a move youd have to low parry guess in the situation, which is supposed to open up the rest of Feng’s movelist. And would help define the game he can enforce.
I don’t know that much about Tekken, but the way the lows work like this, there’s a reason why everyone has a low parry to combo. From what I’ve seen, the top pros at Tekken guard the very slow seeable lows, and choice low parry the ones you can’t react to.
I’ll be going to FR again next year, and Jermaine is going to try to go also. Also how’s KOF doing so far since I see you on it online.
Righto then. I’ve not played Tekken online for awhile, I was assuming it runs a little more sluggishly online, giving you more time to react?
it does lag hella but its bad input delay, visually it won’t slow down.
I said I have done it online, I didn’t say I can always do it online…There’s times online where the lag will account for too many frames to block Snake Edge, it’d be impossible to always do anything consistently online, unless you had PERFECT green bars the entire time.
There’s a difference between having done something online, and being silly enough to think anyone can do anything 100% of the time online. If that wasn’t the case, there wouldn’t be “etiquette” to follow…
Feng’s d/b+3 has one of the most obvious animations in the game for it’s speed. The only things he can blend it in with is his qcf, and other lows. Asuka’s d+3+4 beats ALL of these options for a launch, and as such when you see the split motion started, it’s a sure-fire bet. As long as you hit it within 1/4th of a second(seeing as how 16f is slightly less) it will work every single time.
Other 16 frame moves are a lot harder to react to, feng’s d/b+3 just stands out due to it’s animation.
Everyone in the eastern US.
GA-Wing Zero, Anakin, Clint, Me-ATL Red
TN-Jio, Lil Majin
FL-WayGamble, Daniel Phoenix
VA-Ryry, SMP, Jinmaster, etc
MD-Grimy Grizzy, sayco, etc
NY/NJ probably-Spero Gin, GM, zzy, etc
DR got over 100 entrants last FR, and the Tekken scene was all but dead at the time. BR numbers are gonna be crazy huge next FR.
You know, I think we as Tekken players should try to organize someway to get to Japan or Korea and play them. Sounds farfetched and half baked I know, but I think Team USA would be pretty sweet, (if it hasn’t been done before)
So instead of reacting to that actual low, you’re just reacting to the options of lows that Feng has in that situation then, right?
16f is too fast for reaction time, so you’re reacting to other ques and telegraphs before the actual move, and the fact that the specific move youre talking about beats all the options for the launch anyway.
That’s kind of bait prone.
? They have gone before, Bronson went to SBO along with a couple other players I think.
See, I didn’t know about that. Oh well.
This.
You’re cool Dilly, but you’re mixing reaction with a lot of anticipation here. It’s no different than me saying that I’m “pretty good” at low parrying Law. If the Law is aggressive, and I’m blocking high a lot, he’s got two options - throw or a low to break my guard, and I’m already anticipating both, so when I do see a telegraphic low (16 frames or so), I’m already prepared to parry it.
Like I said before, he’s anticipating the low. And certainly not reacting to it online. Just to be clear, we’re talking about playing a match, SEEING d/b+3 at point blank range, then going “Here it is!”, then punishing it. Then you made it even more unbelievable by saying you do it online. Sorry Dil, I think you’re kinda confusing guessing with blatant reactions.
Haha people probably don’t remember that guy that was saying he sees and blocks/low parries Roger’s tailsweep(d/b+3) online. Classic.
XLCowBoy, LOL, didn’t know you sigged that. There’s at least 4 people here who have sigs of some of the most ignorant shit I’ve said lol.
Now that’s a bit of stretch. Dhalsim-level stretch too.
