i got t5, im just hoping when they make t5 a greatest hit they make it dr. this arcade thing is really out of wack to me. people say they wont bring it to ps2 because that would defeat the purpuse of bringin it to the arcades but im wondering how. is it money. wtf, big game companies lose money all the time. one game isn’t gonna cause namco to go bankrupt. maybe its because the arcades would get mad because now people dont use the machines so they bought the machines for nothing. thats stupid because the aracdes could just sell the machines. and all of you guys complain about how you wish the U.S. arcade scene was like japan’s. wtf it can be, just take your asses to the arcades, dont get the console version. idk, maybe im misssing a certain aspect.
A PS2 release for DR is a hard sell. If they release it too early, it’ll hurt the arcade release (which is a HUGE moneymaker for Namco right now in Asia). If they release it too late, it’ll be after the PS3 launch and nobody will really care.
I PERSONALLY believe the reported Tekken game set for the PS3’s launch is DR with pumped up graphics or something…but that’s just me.^^

That’s exactly what I’ve been thinking as well. PS3 launch title.
Still pretty good. b+1 kinda sucks now, thanks to the fact that it’s jab punishable AND they can back-tech CH b+1 to avoid any followups. Personally I think that was a bit much; the new tech-roll option would’ve been sufficient, as b+1 on block gave them a free chance to pressure you in 5.0. SS+4 has the same stun on block as db+4, so it’s WAY riskier. I personally don’t care much for his new moves, although d+4,1+2 has some use in juggles.
Anybody know who won the T5:DR tournament at CtF today…
Well, they did the same thing with TTT. So that would be my guess also.

other guy: stick is better than pad for mishimas, even if pad is easier to pick up. Yes, based on opinion, but you must be blind to not see that mishimas at their fullest is better on stick than pad. lightdash is not possible on pad. it’s possible on stick.
it’s like comparing a controlller to a keyboard and mouse for FPS, maybe not too extreme but a better comparison is let’s say comparing a control pad to an analog stick for gran turismo 4. the wrist or stick allows much more inputs to be pressed in an interval of time than a control pad.
I’m really like Jin’s new combo off a CDS+4… since the CDS+4 juggles differently now, I’ve been hitting CDS+4, ws2, 1, d/b223. Anyone else finding new shit with Jin? I’ve been browsing through the TZ forums but I’m too lazy to read through the entire thread over there…
