lol, when did they EVER care about story? Tekken’s always been about over-the-top crazyness, and the “serious” approach they tried to take with Tekken 4 was pretty lame. We don’t want some old geezer in a diaper. We want devils, ogres, kangaroos, dinosaurs, lasers, robots, and panda bears.
Most importantly, we want a 3 foot fire breathing, acid farting dinosaur.
Tekken’s always been about story. Has one of the best stories of all video games IMO.
Oh please. Another Mishima, another tournament. Same copy-and-paste story with every new game.
I’ll give you that. Seems like after T3 they stopped trying as much.
But overall you got the devil story, one crazy fucked up family tree, and a pile of other faces and dramas that deeply intertwine into one massive story. Much like any video game company though, Namco is gonna sap their shit for all it’s worth then leave it dry.
High hopes for T5 though. This is gonna be a jewel.

Fuck, and I can’t even find what arcades here in Oki are getting it…I remember seeing a list of arcades that registered, and there was only ONE FOR THE ENTIRE OKINAWA REGION.

I was seriously psyched about playing T5 but this playable DJ madness has killed my enthusiam somewhat as in month or two I have to play Jin again. Oh well, I shouldn’t have got my hopes up on Namco not sucking Jin’s dick in some shape or form. It’s practically a rule of life.
