ya whatever. I’ll agree that steam has improved greatly since it first came out and emitted nothing but suck. But still. Vac security=useless. Steam friends goes down at least once a day. I use steam friends a lot, so that pisses me off.

As you all know (hopefully), you default flamethrower, also called “Poofer”, has an ability called “compression blast”. With compression blast you can push enemies, deflect rockets and grenades etc. But wait, there is more! Since Spy/Sniper Update you can extinguish your burning teammates by “poofing” them. SO NEXT TIME YOU SEE A BURNING MATE AND THERE IS NO FUCKING WATER, MEDIC OR DISPENSER, PLEASE WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MOTHERFUCKING AMMO BY POOFING THEM AND SAVING THEIR GODDAMN LIFE. Thank you.

Man, thanks for that info Seph. I don’t play Pyro but I’ll make sure to enlighten all of my team mates about that.
Almost EVERY Pryo I encounter just spazzed with his Flamethrower and it’s pathetic range. It’s like they forget they have secondary weapons.
Everyone but me in my play group uses backburner
and I rarely play pyro because there are probably already 2 or 3 on my team
and as for steam I’ve has zero problems using it, granted I didn’t use it when it was first coming up. I think it’s an awesome program

Man why can’t I ever find an arena_badlands server anymore :[. Its the great map ever (cp_badland sucks imo).
And yeah, Allosaurus. Its what all the people who’s not very good or new to an FPS w/ a mouse turn to. The theory is the chance of them touching the opponent with the flame is much more likely than the shotgun actually hitting the opponent (if only the Pyro had a machine gun!).
^ I play on the 360 version lol. But yeah there’s always like TWO people playing as Pyros. I even lured one into the water as a fuckin Heavy and raped him with my shotgun when he tired to use his flamethrower…UNDERWATER. =/
I almost feel as if posting Magnetro’s Pyro tutorial would be suitable for this situation.
Also, stop fucking running away from me when I’m a Pyro. Seriously, I end up wasting at least 50 ammo for every Scout that is on fire.
