But something seems amiss. A headshot only does 47 damage, and a regular bodyshot with the revolver does at least 60.
I think a simple damage increase would make it a much better weapon. Perhaps from 47 to 80 per headshot. This allows the spy to pick off weaker targets, but not the big guns ( soldier, heavy).
I thought Valve said they were going to make the weapons unlockable through both the acheivements and this random drop system so players could choose either or? Apparently that concept got canned?
I haven’t gotten a chance to try the update yet (Laptop GPU fried…) but the bitching on the forums is hilarious
The random drops thing is pretty annoying, so some of the bitching - some - is justified. After around seven hours or so I had gotten two Force-a-Natures and the Axtinguisher, all of which I had already, while an Engineer sitting AFK in my spawn got the Ambassador and the Cloak and Dagger. Dumb, dumb, dumb…
Trading isn’t up yet whoever asked, and cloak and dagger i have to get used to. I almost like regular cloak better, cuz im not used to sitting on my ass waiting. I’m always moving as spy. Plus it feels like the cloak drains faster when moving.
