I plan on buying a huge Canadian Flag (maybe aroudn 1m x 1.5m?) and bringing it down. It’ll be hard to fly with a big flag pole (or budget it with a broom stick) so i’ll have to pick one of those up in Vegas.

This is weird because Nagata Lock II or Justin always makes a thread for TX before anything else. Looks like we won’t have TX. Oh well I could come to Toronto for other things except for TX. As Jay Wang posted, I’m now confirmed to attend EVO as well.
I’ll be entering SFIV singles only. I doubt I’ll be in attendance at EVO on Friday.

What time are you going and are you staying for the whole event? I’ll be staying for a week if I’m going there. I’ve been working hard at my job all this time and I’m going no matter what.

Just a heads up, I know the official schedule hasn’t been posted yet, but I remember MrWizard saying a few times that there would be SF4 on Friday, probably fairly early. So you’ll probably want to be there on Friday.

Personally not booked my flight yet, but I think they go from $300 to ‘here, please take my home’. Tourny entry is 20 + 10; hotel is $300 fo 4 nights.
We booked our flights via westjet … it came to a little bit over $400 for round trip tickets from Toronto to Las Vegas (YYZ-LAS)
Hotel was booked through the SRK link (see evo forum) @ the special EVO rate.
I can’t remember what the total price for hotel was as my CC has yet to be charged (i don’t get charged until I check out). I’m sharing a room with Nagata but I think it should work out to about $200 each for 4 nights.
Hotel is $89 per weekend night, $49 for week night. Presuming youve booked Thursday to Sunday, that’ll be $277 between two, so $138.50 each. Bargain at twice the price! lol.

well, I’m glad to help mate, but dont take me as as a master or anything! I’m still training myself. If I suggest something, I hope you don’t take it as gospel! Mind you, saying that, in terms of knowledge I am pretty decent, I just often forget to do the stuff I know when it comes to playing!
