Rounding off intermediate Mags ish/Getting on Vergil today. Suprisingly vergil is more execution dependent than i initially thought. Not really all that difficult, but way more than i initially expected.
Adonis tells me someone imported the japanese version of P4u in stpete… Bastard playing it before the rest of us. Frick i want the game so bad.
His first impression of Aigis is that shes Magneto/Ino combined into one ho…lol.
Adonis compares every good character to Magneto, yet no one is ever close. The only character like Marvel 2 Magneto is Marvel 2 Storm/Dhalsim. Those dudes will not ever be matched in any game.

Hey I reserved my copy of P4 Arena. Hopefully I can catch up with some of you again when it drops.
I’ve been pretty much playing Tera Online for over a month now…its a great game, a lot of you would probably murder in this game - no tab targeting and definitely rewards skill and combo execution a lot. Most people coming from standard mmos have no clue how to take advantage of this games mechanics, I’m sure some of you fighting game gurus would wipe the floor with these tab, 1, 2, 3 clowns.
i reserved my copy of p4a today as well. Cant wait. Dont forget to add me online so we can play like we did with BBCT dude!

Hawkeye by himself isnt all that bad unless hes x-factored. Him with a good assist can be a pain but you just have to play patiently and make sure you make the most of any opening (which there will be)
I really think if you’re fighting a good Hawkeye there won’t be an opening. It takes some sick reads on Hawk’s part but even solo he can put Doom in his place. He can really just cover all the space that Doom likes to sit in. If Doom can get in he has to do everything he can to OHKO the fucker lol
So playing Marvel this weekend, I was thinking to myself that I’d love to have a character who has more offensive options than Wolverine (read: command throw). It was a toss up between Felicia and Wesker, but for the first time ever, in my head, I WANTED to play as Wesker because he’s got the same basic ground strategy as Wolvie does.
Now that I’m legitimately committed to playing him, I guess I can say that I’m pretty committed to putting in SF4 level work for MvC3 now.
Wesker/Mag/Akuma day 2, go go go.

lol wesker is one character i just cant bring myself to play… dont know why just cant do it. Nothing to do with the fact he is good hes just seems boring as all hell. Which is crazy because everyone thought that he was gonna be the quintessential ‘matt character’ before marvel vanilla dropped. Still havent got on him, never will.

Apparently the VH238H is the newer version with better vertical viewing angle, and LED backlight for better clarity/colors. A lag test has shown that it has the exact 16.66ms lag ( not even 1/4 of a frame) of lag for ten bucks more. If anyone needed to get another monitor you might just go for the vh238h

Anyone know a good place to get a decent computer desk? Need it to be fairly wide, I want to run a two monitor setup. What’s the consensus on keyboard trays? leaning against getting one. Used to have a cheap walmart desk at my old place and the tray kinda sucked; not sure I like having my hands at two different levels y’know? (edit: not sure what’s going on with my text, protip don’t try to use keyboard shortcuts to get to another tab when you’re typing up a post on SRK)
