Seriosuly, that Donut Shop is God tier. At least for Ottawa heads, that place is the greatest. We could never have anything like that in our city. $9.50 Hemp beer pitchers…wtf. The lady even beer in take out coffee cups to go!?!

Stolen Stick: That shit pisses me off. Who the fuck steals at community based event like this??? Something like that just fucks with a good thing. So many good people (actually I go to a lot of social events and it’s pretty insane how positive this one was) and one or a couple of people fuck with all of that? Same shit happened to Contra at NEC…I would be sooo pissed, sticks are not easy to come by, especially personal ones. There’s much more than material value in that shit.

I didn’t stick around for Grand Finals but Winners Finals weren’t that close. It did have a ridiculous highlight though that I’ll try to get online pretty soon. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, a wacky parry situation comes up.
Also, T.K.K., it was meant as a compliment on how serious you seem to take fighting game comp. Always interesting to play, but still rockin those fun laughs and ‘Oh Shit, I fucked up’ during matches. lol :tup: Respect to VDO for raping these Youtube guys who are AFRAID of rushdown in Marvel. I would LOVE to play VDO for money in marvel. ‘Low/Mid’ tier would be fine with me. If I ever make appearance at a tourney and hear VDO is showing, I will personally introduce myself. :tup:

Thanks for hosting the tourney. Was a great time. I think it was the biggest Cvs2 tourney I’ve been too. Was sick to see so many players, wish I had more time for casuals/money matches.
Beer at a donut shop between matches was amazing, hah. 9.50 hemp beer was too good.

This is why I hate the internet, because people like this gentleman get to say stuff like this ONLINE, stuff that they wouldn’t think to say to a fellow like me IN PERSON… Anybody who was at Final Round X this year who witnessed the announcement when Flapp/OmegaRed999’s stick was stolen, when ShinBlanka, Fugee, and all of us were in the middle talking, everyone who was there knows what we’re about. If I caught the mutha fucka who stole Flapp’s joystick that boy would be still drinking his meals everyday and that was 4 months ago. Now we were in Atlanta, which is a fairly rough town (2nd home to the infamous Detroit-based BMF gang etc.), and I said what I said and we all got our points across about getting Flapp’s joystick back. Nobody who was there (And there were hundreds of people by the way) caught the attitude of this guy (who is responding to me with letters through his modem) at all. First and foremost I am not dissing Toronto, let me make that clear, I am not dissing your little community or whatever bullshit you speak of, I am merely letting the character who stole the joystick know that if we’re at an event, and we find that stick, it’s not going to be pretty, it’s not going to be some exchange of words gay shit… Imma give you boys some mean lefts and rights and do a real Fast Fly combo on ya ass, PERIOD… I am the way I am, I could give a fuck less about anybody you talk about or real Toronto hooligans you know or any of that bullshit, you boys have about 30 murders a year in your huge city while where I’m from we can have that per month… Now I’m not poking my chest out but I been through some shit, I seen some shit, I’ve done some shit in my time, I’m not your typical SRK/TZ gamer.
