This is flipping typhoon.
It is really strong tech. and necessary for t.hawk player, you flip the stick as faster as possible so it is quite tough to escape from the Typhoon.

He’s probably feeling the spring of the stick by double tapping down. Then he does a flick on the stick.
I tried the flick with my sanwa and it works. Of course I can’t do it 100% (1 out of 4 the first few tries) but it works.
In this video he does the flick in a very subtle way. Look at the 2nd video that dj posted, the flick is more obvious. Alien technology none the less. 360 is now babyzone.
