Using google to understand what they are saying is like me speaking english for the first time 10 year ago but I think they are saying that they made jab better somehow and buff Thawk DP?
The technique is usually “jump diagonally in P” which contains the occurrence of adjustment 6F,
??? “Standing far less P” Eating for determining the reduced,
??? Technology has become as easy to use restraint.
So when trading damage with jab, take lesser damage or something?
“Reijingusurasshu” would attack occurs 3F, and the attack roll is greatly enhanced,
??? Invincible and that includes a decision until after the duration of the attack
??IV??? IV spa has become a significant enhancement from.
So more damage, invincible added?, range? Not sure
I finally got a chance to get some AE play in over in Houston. The guile match seemed a little easier but still hard. I only played 1 Blanka and it seemed the same but I didn’t get a Chance to try out a dash fwd spd after blocked ball to see if we can punish now. Didn’t think about it til too late. Did play a Honda and it was ok. I think it was scrub night though so it’s hard to say. I have a video of me playing a viper but it’s nothing special. Also played Oni, but I guess I’ll wait to put it up until Capcom stops being an ass. Did find out you can spd ONI in between the first and second hit of his dash slash punch or whatever it’s called.
Thanks. I have a friend that’s a decent Viper so I usually do alright against most of them. Here is my Hawk vs a random Oni player. He’s not to good, but you can see Hawk can spd his rush punch in between hits in the second round.

I’ve totally slacked off on SF4 the last 6 weeks, my Hawk is really bad. I played at the AI tourney last weekend and played horribly and didn’t even care. Ugh.
Does it even matter? He is better but still not good. And no one playing only him will win anything major. I will still play him, but just for certain machups and for online trolling.
Also your community matchup rankings are hilarious. You play all those people that are way better than you so you rate the matchup terrible like you are equal skill and it’s the character that’s the reason you lose. That’s not how the ratings are supposed to be. But I can understand the feeling. Anyway, not really trying to bash on you just saying your view is most likely slanted negatively because of the people you play.
I figured someone would call me on that at some point but it’s still in spirit of what we already know about how bad he is. I’m sort of pointing out that most of those players have 0 difficulty with Hawk. I wish I could say what I’m thinking in a more logical way. lLook at Hungbee’s list, he’s a top tier Hawk player. Speaking of Hung, I’m hoping he makes it in the top 16 / 8 at EVO with the new changes. Shouldn’t I be saying I hope I make it to top 16 /8? Ugh, in my dreams.
