i usually get something called like dragon back roll. it has shrimp, eel, tuna and covered with those red eggs in a sweet sauce. so good!
They need to make snake sushi since it taste damn near like eel.

I run into the same problem most of the time. The pieces are huge pretty much everywhere I try it, but some places offer hand rolls which solve the problem of big pieces.
Really looking forward to some lobster rolls tomorrow. Gonna give this place a test drive.

oh yeah like someone has said, eel/unagi is nice too, another variation is anago but im not a fan of that much.
another thing i just recalled, aburi engawa is delicious too (i think its smoked fish fin or something in english), its white in color. id highly recommend it.
i dont think ive had any lobster ever since ive been here… but crabs, oh yes crabs are tasty.

Eel is my shit. The texture can be a little akward for some as virgins, but its REALLY tasty.
I also like Sea Urchin…its very ‘heavy’ though.

I was turned off of sushi by cali rolls. It wasn’t until I tried Philly rolls that I opened up a bit.

This is slightly off topic but smoked salmon with cream cheese on a bagel is fast to make for breakfast. In sushi though it sounds odd but I guess it depends what else is with it.
Wish I liked sushi. The texture just kills me. I do like Tuna though, so if I have to order something, I get the nigiri (also, ahi poke is the fucking bomb.)
