Daaamn smoked sounds badass. Is it still raw, just smoked? And do they jack up the price on that aburi engawa?
It does sound odd, which is why I gave it ‘that look’, but it was one of the more popular Sushi at the place I was at. So I took an order…and loved it. I avoid it at this point, just because I’m trying to continually expand my pallet - but it’s mos def an old favorite for me.
