I didnt’ know Mad Catz sold the PCB separately… If not, would you really spend $100+ to just replace the PCB? Wouldn’t you be better off spending that money to mod the existing stick for a dual mod, or even dual wireless + wied mod?

In terms of quantity, will these be as rare as the first TE’s on release day? Just curious if MadCatz is prepared this time or if they plan to have the same amount shipped the first day. I was lucky enough to grab 2 of them, but I did know WAY WAY too many people who were left in the dust when SFIV came out and weren’t able to play the game as they fully intended.

Nobody has produced a dual system stick/controller yet after 3+ years of all systems being out.
The only dual-system stick is from Datel, who reverse engineered the MS security mechanism to create a non-licensed stick.
What do you think?

So markman, these things are supposed to be released before the game right? amazon has them for april 27 which is when the game hits right? just making sure.
Besides the sides, are the new TE S stick dimensions the same as the old ones? It’s hard to tell from pics. If the case is not as tall as before and the surface is bigger, I would really want one.

Dimensions are the same as the old TE with the exception of the sides. It’s basically the old case with new sides and a full top panel.
just looked… they now have the release date for the sticks set to march 12th!!!
