Super Smash Bros. General - Patience and Spacing....or Whine and Moan

Sarcasm.

That’s not from Kid Icarus. That’s the symbol left behind by Kamen Rider Kaixa if his ‘Gold Smash’ attack actually kills the target outright. Observe:

In other words, Kaixa confirmed for Smash 4! …What do you mean, “that part of Bandai isn’t involved in making Smash 4?” Phooey! Going around spoiling my fun…

Sydney fashion photographer Issac Leung took this cool “Hadokening” shot of his cosplayer friends re-enacting a scene from the preview trailer of Super Smash Bros (2014).

why do you talk to yourself in your posts…

Think of it kind of like a Jim Gaffigan thing, where he’d do that whisper of what he expects the audience’s reaction to his nonsensical ideas would be and used that to make fun of himself. It’s self-depreciating humor where I’m ‘proxying the reader’. In the above case, I expected anyone with even basic understanding of Bandai corporate structure would be able to point out the obvious flaw in my ‘brilliant’ (read: intentionally stupid and wrong) deduction about who is or isn’t in the roster.

(That’s got to be the end of the Bandai jokes)

Hot pockets!

Hmm, if they changed just the background around his face red, you could almost imagine him coming out of their chests.

Greaaaat, now I’m visualizing him being from Aliens. What next, Tom Nook as the announcer (replacing Pat Cashman) saying lines like “Game over man, game over!”?

He’s so weird.

Looks more like a force push to me… Not that its a bad thing.

“Right back atcha! (everyone can do this)”

I wonder if he means that everyone can catch it no matter how it’s thrown (like Link’s bombs) or that you can only catch it if Megaman throws it after planting it on the ground first? Probably the latter.

My guess is if metal blades are blocked or hits anything other then another character it becomes an item that anyone can pick up.

I’m betting its probably no different than Peach’s turnips or any other personal character specific throwable item. How hard it is to catch it will probably be dependent on the hit box the blades have. Air Dodge catches are more easier to execute than standing ones anyway.

Villager on the other hand doesn’t give 2 shits about the hit boxes.

Poor Mega Man, why do I get the feeling that he isn’t going to be that good in this game as one would have initially hoped?

I think he’ll be fine. The only thing I’m concerned about regarding him is what he has to defend himself in close quarters. I don’t think we’ve seen any of his tilts and I’m certain the pew pew pew of smaller mega buster shots isn’t going to be enough to keep people off of him.

Megaman has Metal Blade, your argument is invalid.
Nah but real talk I think he’ll be fine, he seems like he has tools to be able to harass opponents at all angles from mid to far distance, I’m not sure as of yet how he’ll fair up close though.

I’m guessing Mega Man’s weakness will be the recovery on his moves.
