Yo…I fully understand you don’t like Smash and that’s cool. However the fact that the guys who wanted to put that game up on the Evo line up dropped all that money to do it only to suddenly have the purpose for them putting the money up taken away from them is shitty. If this had happened to any of the other games that you yourself enjoyed watching after fronting the money and winning the drive to get the game up there…you would be acting differently.

Also disclaimer…I didn’t put up any money for any games to be put at Evo and I actually find Street Fighter and the like to be more fun to watch than Melee personally.

In terms of games to watch, yes I take more of an interest in SF IV AE despite the dividedness that game seems to have with the FGC. I also enjoy watching Marvel and KoF. If Melee actually brings the hype then it may move up further on my interest list but I think I’m still slightly salty over the events surrounding Brawl and the Smash community from the Evo where Brawl was featured.
Well I suppose it would all just be subjective at this point anyways but I think SF4 is fun to watch in small doses. Marvel can be hype but I feel like every match is too similar lol…when I watch SF4 I just always think about ways the game could improve lol.
Of course. Game isn’t perfect but at least there are more characters that seem to be tourney viable and they’re still balancing it.

Your problem is that you are basing your opinion as an spectator, from what i have seen in your previous post you base your opinion on the games just from what you see instead of playing the damn games.
I used to play SF4 in my local scene, was the best player in my province(doesnt mean much I know)and got a chance to fight diago,mago and J wong…even beat ross in a MM. I have a good idea about how the game works and in the time I played it I always thought it was ass. I came into the scene during the 3s era were games like mvc2,cvs2 and GG were still on the evo lineups. My opinion of the game is influenced by how I reference it to early entries…and IMO the game is slow and boring to play and watch.
I don’t think it’s terrible and I don’t mind it but I think it could be a lot better and I stil prefer the old gen fighters over it.
I beat yipes, sanford, chris matrix, AND potter in money matches.

Top 8 was pretty amazing, out of the ranks Infl comes and beats everyone to shit and makes longtime players look like hott trash ,faster then shit, then walked away as fast as he appeared. Would i say it looked boring to some ?y Ya from a spectators view , because it looked like some bully beating up a bunch of retarded kids no mercy styles, but they were not bums all top 8 were full of old heads . thought kof and AE were the most hype,fchamp and pheonix not so much
