That just looks like the Wii Fit trainer and Mario in the middle of their double jumps, not any kind of attack. 
Just something I wanted to ask is do you guys have any idea when/how they’re going to make character announcements for this game? Unfortunately since I didn’t follow the development period of Brawl that much I don’t really remember how they announced what characters were going to join the Brawl aside from the original trailer.
So how do you guys think they’re going to announce characters for this game? Trailers during Nintendo Direct/game conventions? Through dev blog posts/announcements with screenshots? Both?
Also will there be a strict scheduled time period between each major announcement or will they be fairly scattered/random?
I’d really like to hear the threads thoughts on how/when you all think they will make character announcements for the game.

I think they revealed a character and Final Smash every Monday leading up to the release.
Not every Monday, but it was pretty close to that schedule. I think we got new music tracks every Wednesday or Friday, too. I hope they don’t give away too much info in the run up to release… I kind of want a lot of this stuff to be a pleasant surprise.
Must be the fourth or fifth time I’ve seen that gif.

Regarding Mega Man/MvC3 pic: First time I’ve seen it though. I got a chuckle.
Double Jump?: Okay, yeah. You’re probably right. Still, from the angle it kinda looked like she was gonna do some kind of Adam Jensen style takedown or Cammy’s Ultra or so on. Kinda. A little.
Air Grab/Izuna Drop?: What’s an Izuna Drop? EDIT later same day: I was quoting the “What’s an Izuna Drop?” video by TheSwitcher with that line and my remark below. I know what an Izuna Drop is and was going for the joke/reference angle.
Red Rick Dias is later found staggering around in the snow, dazed upon witnessing Tizoc’s Big Fall version of the Izuna Drop.
Info Release Schedule: No idea. Others have provided good guesses with a sound basis for them, but it’s possible Sakurai might curveball us on purpose. He knows full well there are people who are deeply analyzing everything he does… likely up to and including what he ordered for dinner last night, in the hopes of gleaning some clues from that.
If he’s smart, he’ll use that to troll people. I hope he doesn’t, but if our situations were reversed and I had millions of people watching me that closely… I’d start messing with them at some point.

As for character reveals, Nintendo Directs sound like the logical method of revealing new characters since they’re designed to update the player on upcoming games.
And Wii Fit Trainer wonders why all the Rule 34 of her exists.

I was directly citing the “Switcher’s Flophouse Explains Izuna Drops” video. #3 is Tizoc’s Big Fall, after which one of the show’s cast is seen stumbling around outside in the snow, dazed and lost over the totally awesome move they just saw. Thank you for offering videos nonetheless; I derive an unusual pleasure in watching Izuna Drops and this gave me a good excuse, so it worked out!
