Really? because none of those characters have been confirmed yet, and it would be nice to see the model updates for those chars instead of something we’ve already seen.

I thought he said the original 8 were returning that includes DK and Yoshi. CF wasn’t part of it, but its pretty obvious he will return.
These daily updates are actually really good to in my eyes. Sure, everyone was expecting a lot of earth-shattering news about the game and hopefully a release date but this is still good. Now there’s something new about the game revealed every damn day (weekends too?). Months ago people were up in arms just to get any kind of information about this game and now that they aren’t getting what they want plenty of them are just complaining. This is still much better than getting nothing.
No new updates on Weekends, only Monday-Friday. Sakurai needs his rest too. 
Well, you can see the back of Fox’s head in one screenshot, so I’m guessing he’ll be “revealed” next.
Why Fox? Pikachu and Wario have been featured in the recent screenshots too.

Gamefaqs currently has a poll on which third party character should appear in Brawl. Currently Cloud is winning, Gamefaqs is soooo predictable lol! Voted for Mega Man anyway - Sonic’s doing pretty good being second and Mega Man is third at least.
I don’t know. I’m betting on the most inconsequential “reveal” being the next update, and since Fox is right there, it could be him.
I also use Samus as my main, I hope her transformation won’t require any special sacrifice. Most likely it will though.
yawns Items mean little to me since I’m planning to be a competitive player within the first month or so. I missed out on that the first year of SSBM but now I’m making sure I secure my knowledge on how the competitive atmoshpere will be so I can gain some innovative advantages.:nunchuck:

Hopefully we will get something that is actually decent for the weekend. It would be cool in my opinion if they had a game mode that specifically gives each character a set amount of a few items that they have specifically for the match. Does anyone think this is a bad idea?

you guys who are complaining about “little information” are just frustrated to get your fix on anything SSBB. it’s only been 3 days. sheesh. There’s plently more to be had. I’m holding my breathe for Sonic being in brawl, since day one of the SSB franchise Sonic has been on everyone’s list, including Sakurai’s.
There’s an extremely good chance at Sonic being in Brawl, take a look at the Olympic game that’s coming up, Mario vs Sonic in the same game… oh snap…

Too bad that was a single character update - Pit. Thanks for nothing again. The gooey bomb takes first place this week! That isn’t really saying much, actually the music was probably the best thing.
Honestly, I’m fine with the updates. At least the updates are daily right now. We’re bound to eventually get to the good stuff. Not too many characters were announced before the website went up, anyway.
It’s just a matter of time. At least there’s something new to look at everyday. I like that.
No, it’s been over 6 months.
Sakurai already had a Pit profile up at smashbros.com that we could read since like July. Then he took it down, and calls Pit an update. Pheh. The old blurb was a lot longer than the new one too. The only new info is that you can control the trajectory of his arrows.
Jesus, I can’t wait til they announce Pikachu. I hope he makes it into the game! plz!!!

P.S.: Honestly, I’d be satisfied by anything. Seeig the brawl versions of Donkey Kong + Yoshi in a few screens would shut me up. But so far, we’re heading into Monday, and it will have been 2 weeks since the countdown started, and all we’ll have to show for it is a gooey bomb.
Sorry to double post, but I was looking at the new pic of pit, and something didn’t look right. Just another reason why this update sucks, Pit has lost a LOT of detail since last year.
